I have dealt with Sharecare attempting to get my medical records sent to the correct facility for over a month now. Starting on 4/4 my doctor's ****** sent in the medical release form. I then heard nothing until I reached out on 4/23. I was advised that the records would be sent via **** from ***************. I was also advised I would be updated to the status. On 4/29 I reached out again and was told by representative ****** needed to pay $10.06 for shipping of my medical records. I paid with the understanding this would expedite the process. I did not hear anything further. I called again on 5/7 and was told they would check to see if the records were actually sent out but there may have been an issue. I attempted to speak to a supervisor to gain more clarity to the situation and received no return call. On 5/8 I called and after 15 mins on hold a representative said they would be sending out a second copy of my records since the first copy was never received. I also asked to speak to a supervisor since no one returned my call from the previous day. No return call was made by a supervisor after I was told I would be called back that day. On 5/9 again I called to speak with a supervisor and I talked with ******* a representative. This representative told me to call and complain another day and ******* coulda, woulda when I asked if we could get to the bottom of the issue. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I dont understand why it is such a challenge to send out my medical records within a timely manner. I paid the fee and have gotten no where. The customer service representatives have largely been rude and demeaning. I dont know where else to go or who else to contact so I am reaching out here for assistance. I need these medical records immediately to be able to receive healthcare that is vital to my wellbeing.

Great group of developers to work with. The companies growth from a backroom project still has some of the people in place that micromanage every area and do not allow growth as they only see there vision and not what is a general practice or better direction for infrastructure or product development.

Management is supportive, ethical, and generally positive in attitude. They are flexible and want to make a comfortable work environment. This is a technologically leading-edge company.

Learn from the best the industry has to offer. Managers are happy to make time for you to address any concerns. Theres a healthy respect for work/life balance. Your work stays in the workplace.

They offer a great work life balance with good pay and a really tight knit work environment. Would definitely recommend this job to someone who likes a very active company culture and a fast paced work environment.

I wish I could give 0 stars.Obtaining records from them is like pulling teeth without numbing.When I call any other providers office and request my entire chart, I get everything from lab results/notes, imaging, chart notes, billing, imaging and more. With sharecare you request the entire chart and they send you Chart notes...nothing else. I didn't know that and requested the **** 1500 and they forced me to pay the fee AGAIN. Unhelpful, reps may know English but they don't understand it and just read from the script. I hope my provider quits using them and goes back to having everything in our portal. Worst company. Worst customer service.

Work stays at ********* a first for me. Also, theres strong emphasis on teamwork.

This company preys on patients needing important medical forms filled out, charging the client everytime a form needs to be sent for FMLA or DISABILITY purposes.

They have put my health in severe jeopardy. Pet scan done March 13, 2024 I asked for copy right away, paid their fee. Need hard copy with files ******** a appointment with neurologist. Had to cancel, no films or report. 5 different agents says its expedited. Last one today said just mailed on the 12th, give it 8 to 10 days. I fired the doctor who used them. Probably to late for me health wise, but save yourself! IF YOU ARE SEEING SOMEONE WHO USES SHARECARE..RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO SOMEONE ELSE! This is my opinion.

As a health coach, I could work anywhere! There is no shortage of opportunities. I chose Sharecare for the great access and support from other healthcare individuals with extensive expertise. It was the right decision!
