My son was taking by ambulance in June 2023 via Columbus FD (********, ****) and we received a bill for the trip. A check was issued to me to pay the third party (Change Healthcare). After I cashed the check from Anthem BCBS I sent a personal check along with the voided and endorsed check to Change Healthcare per the instructions. They cashed both the personal check and the previously endorsed check resulting in a penalty to me for cashing a duplicate check. This came to light in September 2023, the company acknowledged their mistake and agreed to send me a refund. It is now April 2024, I have not received the refund and have not received any correspondence since 1/8/24. My most recent attempts to email have been returned that the email no longer exists.

The company is supposed to be assessing for overbilling by healthcare providers and threaten audits, which waste time and money. Each communication provides email, fax, and phone numbers, all of which are inoperable. Claims against providers are false 100% of the time as far has been seen. The companies that employ them should *** for fraud as well, as there is no way that these tactics are not wasting their money as well.

Unfair billing practices and billing for services that were not provided. Billing for services that they could not provide for technical reasons. Aggressive billing despite multiple contacts with the business from our side and refusal to recognize and acknowledge the problem.

I enrolled with Change Healthcare through a software program Wellsky in February of 2023 to assist with processing claims. I have not been sucessful with the claims nor getting help. I have contacted Change healthcare over 10 times including emails and leaving several messages. I was told over ********************************************************************* back. I have yet to hear from the supervisor. I am paying for a service that I have no access to. When trying to get help, I cannot contact anyone. This is a business that needs to be out out of business for its poor customer service. I believe they have my emails blocked because I NEVER get a password reset not response when sending one out.

We are being billed for past due invoices for their pre/post edit service. We would like to pay, but we need more information regarding the amounts due. Specifically we need to know which pharmacies are utilizing the pre/post edit service we are being billed for, so we can in turn bill the appropriate customer on our side. We've made several attempts to reach them via email and phone, but have not received any return contact.

Saw change health on the Veteran Affair website and I thought they were part of the government program and I requested information about their submitting my bills through them because I thought it was free and part of the VA but they never told me they were a third party provider and not part of the VA or Triwest. When I realized that they were not part of the government I told them I cannot use your service if the government is directing me to submit all my bills through availity clearing house for free and they said change health will be submitting the bills through availity for free too. The agent I spoke with said yes they will cancel my application and I don't have to worry about it . A couple of months later I am getting bills from change health for services I never received and I have called and email them over and over and explained to them that I have never used their service and will never need thier service but they keep sending me bills every single month ( reference numbers 1391342, 1413424, 1430665, 1447804, 1465321, 1499761, 1512372) . Thanks

I need to signup for EFT (direct deposit). I started this process in August on 2021. I didn't hear anything back for several weeks. The first time I called, I was transferred at least half a dozen times, including being given a phone number to another business. I have e-mailed and called countless times. (I have dates if needed). My request has been denied countless times, but I've never been given a valid reason for why this is so. At this point, I am still not getting paid in a timely manner and they have stopped returning my e-mails.

On 8/24/2020, I went to my physician for a Pap smear. The specimen was evidently sent to Illinois Pathology Associates. I received a bill for $99.30 from ******** ********* *********** which I paid (reflected on my credit card statement on 1/16/2021). I then received a bill from Loyola University Medical Center charging me the same amount for the same services ($99.30). I also paid this bill, knowing I was paying the same thing twice, because I couldn't figure out who to call to "plead my case". This is reflected on my credit card and in my Loyola patient portal. In July 2021, I received a call from Northwest Collectors telling me that I was being sent to collections for an unpaid $99.30 from ******** ********* *********** I had difficulty finding a number for ******** ********* *********** but was eventually referred to their billing agency Change Healthcare. They have acknowledged but not remediated the overpayment and my referral to collections. Please help.

For the past three months we have been receiving invoices for services we are not aware of. We have never worked with Change Healthcare and yet we are receiving invoices which only note a date, name of various insurance companies, quantity, rate and amount billed. I have called the phone number provided on the invoice only to receive a person suggesting I sent an email asking why we are receiving these invoices. When I inform them I would like to know what we are being billed for, the response is the same, "We cannot help you, you must submit a request by email." I was informed I would receive a response within 48 hours. However, the following month, we receive yet another invoice/statement and I am once again directed to submit a request for what this billing is all about to yet another different email. The cycle continues the same for the next month. I have been sending three emails for the past three months with no response.

For the last year this company has repeatedly sent me a bill to collect money for lab testing. They keep billing the wrong insurance company, it keeps getting denied, then send me a bill to pay it. I repeatedly gave my correct insurance information online & over the phone & even sent photos of my insurance card via email. I complained repeatedly & was always reassured they had the correct info & it would be filed properly & that the matter was resolved. Yet it continued. I requested a supervisor in Feb 2021 A few months later, May/June, after STILL getting incorrect bills, a supervisor finally called & stated she was personally taking care of it, it would be handled correctly, the issue was resolved & I would not receive another bill. Yet it has happened again. They have the correct info & logs of my calls & repeated attempts to resolve this. They repeatedly change my insurance & bill the wrong co & the claim is denied. I go thru this every month. I need help getting it resolved.
