I was on travel and received a letter from Alieracare dba Unity Healthshare, LLC my former health insurance provider that my personal data had been breached. They provided enrollment information for a 1 year plan with Lifelock but when I tried to enroll the Lifelock website rejected my enrollment. The letter said nothing about a deadline to enroll online but said the deadline to enroll by phone was 11/15/21.I called Lifelock and the clerk and her supervisor were rude and unhelpful.I contacted Alieracare dba Unity Healthshare multiple times but they never replied. I offered to pay Alieracare for the 5 days out of the year that they had promised but still I received no v reply from them. They need to help me mitigate the damage that they caused by breaching my personal data. They can either provide the year data protection with lifelock (less 5 days) or provide a year of credit monitoring to be sure no one is attempting to do harm to my credit profile or steal personal identifying data.

I had Trinity Healthshare as a primary personal medical Insurance. I found out about this insurance on Covered California in May of 2019 and signed with them as a start date of 7/1/2019. For last 3 months, they have been overcharging me $10/month. I had tried to reach them with no result until the phone numbers were disconnected. On 07/12/2021 at 9am, I received an email from them stating that due to the regulatory reasons, they cannot operate in my State, and I do not have any longer medical insurance. When I researched online and found out that: 1. Aliera Healthcare does not hold a certificate of authority or other license authorizing it to transact insurance in the State of California. 2. Trinity Healthshare does not hold a certificate of authority or other license authorizing it to transact insurance in the state of California. 3. California Department of Insurance has issued them Cease and Desist Order on 03/8/2020 Since Trinity HealthShare and Aliera Healthcare are not currently

Stay far far away from this company. In case you have money and time to waste go for it. I trusted my insurance agent referred by a colleague which was a huge mistake. When I got a mammogram in November 2019 the claim was denied since my provider is out of network which isn't true. Lee Health is the biggest healthcare provider in Lee County. The same provider as my primary care doctor - actually in the same building. Called in numerous times and was told it is approved but it takes up to 45 days. This is going on for over a year now. Meanwhile, I received several collection notes. Every time I was told a different story - now only part of the mammogram is approved but there are no shares/funds available to cover the claim. When asked when that might be no one can give you an answer. I tried to get a supervisor on the phone which was not possible. They don't want to deal with complaints at all. Lastly, I paid for the mammogram out of my pocket.

A visit to an urgent care facility was denied as out of network in error in May 2020. After several calls, the claim was approved for sharing 1/15/21. The urgent care facility has not been paid. The customer service agents state it takes 45 business days for the payment to the provider, but it could take longer. I have requested to talk to a supervisor twice. I was promised a call back which I did not receive. The second request, I refused a call back and was routed to the survey and was not connected to a supervisor. Prior to the visit I contacted Aliera to refer to an in network facility. The company approved the charges for sharing and has not paid the urgent care facility.

Good afternoon. I would like to make you aware of the Issus with Aliera Trinity Healthcare. Connecticut Insurance Committee has a bill to protect Connecticut residents from being offered plans from Health Care Ministries. These companies offer a low-cost healthcare product that often seem like health insurance to the consumer, but when push comes to shove customers are left with large medical bills that need to be paid out of pocket. And we should take action in Indiana. I haver personally experienced this issues. It is absolutely not fair I have had to pay my medical providers out of my pocket after procedures performed on September 2020. I paid my premiums every month on time. PLEASE HELP ADDRESS THIS ISSUE . If you want to contact me directly I will be more than happy to speak with you. My name is Dr. *** ***** ********, DDS , cell XXX XXX XXXX Aa

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/05/06) */ We have received your complaint dated May 4, 2021, regarding your share requests. Trinity is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Health Care Sharing Ministry ("HCSM") organization; HCSMs are faith-based organizations that bring together individuals with common ethical or moral beliefs to voluntarily share with each other in the payment of eligible medical expenses. There are no contracts, and this program is not insurance; therefore, there is no promise to pay made by Trinity or any organization that provides services to Trinity or its members. Members voluntarily sign a Statement of Beliefs and make monthly sharing contributions (gifts) that are shared member-to-member and dispersed based on medical need. Based on the sharing eligibility requirements set forth by Trinity guidelines, an initial determination was made by our processing department regarding the share request(s) referenced in the complaint; however, your complaint has been escalated to the ministry's leadership for further review. The investigation is ongoing and you will receive a supplemental response detailing our determination once the issue has been resolved. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/05/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It is not reasonable for this company (Aliera/ Trinity) to call monthly premiums " MONTHLY SHARING CONTRIBUTIONS (GIFTS). Who can afford to give gifts to an entity when they do not pay providers for services rendered? Who in the right mind would agree to that!??? This is non sense!!! Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/05/07) */ Your complaint has been escalated to the ministry's leadership for further review. The investigation is ongoing and you will receive a supplemental response detailing our determination once the issue has been resolved.
