      I made a purchase with shedavi utilizing there website on 3/11/24 at exactly 8:31 pm utilizing a promotional offer (First20) I received via text after subscribing to their mailing list. My purchase total was $112.00 utilizing that promotional coupon with advertised free standard shipping for orders over $100 according to their website. According to the websites frequently asked questions my order was to arrive within 10 days of confirmation email. On 3/12/24 the $112 was deducted and withdrawn from my account for the purchase of 4 hair vitamin bottles total. After receiving no tracking number or other communication outside of the confirmation email I reached out to the business via email, text and telephone. I can never get a representative on the phone the voicemail is always full. No resolution via email just pointless case #s. I don't know what to do anymore. Currently as of today 3/30/24 my order says unfulfilled on the website and I still have no tracking information or updates. This is very triggering to my anxiety

      On 11/4/23 I ordered the Iconic Hair duo, the money ($78.73) was taken from my checking account immediately.I received a confirmation email following the order, but that is the last I heard from the "company".I have sent them multiple emails requesting the status. No response at all.I tried to call the so called number listed for the company, they do not answer. I googled the address listed for this "company" and it is a *** store. That is very suspicious.I had to call my bank today to file a dispute to get MY money back. Because of that they had to cancel MY card and now I have to wait for another card.

      On 9-1-2021 I order 2 bottles of Shedavi the cost is $50.51 I received them on September 8, 2021 The pills had a bad after taste but I dealt with it hoping the afetr taste would go awy but it didnt I woke up tired October 11 ***** and the pills didn't agree with me at all the pills made me feel ************ are to strong for me - yuck!       I have starting using only their hair products for 2 weeks plus the hair growth supplements and I started loose my hair in huge balls of hair falling I still haven't recovered from it I stopped 2 weeks my hair is dead now .I have full refund and they are refusing based on their no refund policy. Here's the exchange me:"Well you could assist me in get my money back since I'm lost a lot of hair as soon as starting using your products. I'm super disappointed and I had purchased the full package believing the reviews .little did I know my hair would go from super healthy to completely broken and falling off. I should have never trusted to the reviews and continue what I was doing."them "Thank you for contacting us regarding your last order . Shedavi has a no refund policy. We will gladly exchange your unopened, unused product."them again "I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Thank you for your feedback. Results may vary for each customer. " I'm really upset.

      Placed an order with Shedavi on 8/27/2021, received an email on 8/30/2021 saying order has shipped. Tracking # given has consistently said USPS is currently waiting for the merchandise. Called Shedavi twice left messages about my issue, no return call. I emailed Shedavi 4 times got one response saying that they can't do anything for orders that say delivered which my order has never said, they did suggest I wait 7 days from 9/5/2021 and if I haven't received my order they would check with manager to see if I can receive a one time courtesy replacement order. This is not acceptable because they absolutely have my payment but I have no product. Was never delivered to my home and I never received any information from them stating that it was delivered. This company seems to not care about the customer at all and I am completely disappointed in their customer service. I would like to receive my products or my money credited to my credit card.

      An order was accidentally placed with those company. And email was placed within 5 minutes to cancel the order. I received an email about an hour later stating after a half hour orders cannot be canceled. The business purposely waited and hour to email me back. However, the order has not been shipped and still the company will not cancel the order and issue the refund. The company has stopped corresponding.

As explained in the previous message, I was contacted 1 times via email asking to confirm my phone number and have not heard from this company again. We have not be able to connect with this customer. Customer refund has been processed and will be completed within 2-3 business days. Although the communication that supposedly occurred on behalf of the company is false, I have accepted the outcome of the full refund that I have received.
