Services were rendered on 7/20/2021 for two fillings in the amount of $400 out of pocket. The first filling came out the next day, 7/21/2021 and the second filling came out the following day, 7/22/2021. After immediately contacting this practice to inform them, the first representative answered and promptly hung up on me in the middle of my explaining what took place and the second time that I called which was immediately after the first, my personal information was taken along with what had taken place and I was told that I would receive a call back the following morning. Today's date is 7/29/2021 and I still have not received a call back regarding this issue. To make matters worse, my cavities were not completely removed prior to filling both teeth which is malpractice (negligence). I have also filed a complaint with the board of dentistry regarding this issue since Dr. Riley ******* has elected to practice avoidance rather than demonstrating professionalism.
