Last year they claimed I missed payments and threatened repo. They had missed posting. They are at it again. Early May I got a call from a mean ***********************. He is quite the harasser and I feel he is discriminating against me because I am a white woman. He claimed I owed over $900 and he was going to repo my car. After asking many times, I received my payment history. BINGO. They did it again! They missed payments yet were harassing me. I called for his manager, ***********************. He is useless. I provided proof of my payments and asked them to adjust and send me new balance which should be close to $0 as I had been paying. He said ****************** would provide. He never did. Last night they came in my driveway and STOLE my vehicle. I could not go to work, I have company money in that vehicle and my medications I am to take daily were in my work bag for me to take every morning after eating. I NEED HELP AND I NEED IT FAST. I am new to this job after serving 12 years at my other one that closed its doors without warning mid Feb.Initial Complaint

My ex husband passed away on may 30 22 an I found out tht he left me the beneficiary of his *** account an I was told by the bank several different tho but to keep it short he been with his job for over 20 yrs r more an I know he have had this accu for many yrs. An now before he passed away he purchased a house also so I know tht this sounds crazy because it did to me first they tell me that he have me a on there but he fidosign his paperwork out of all these years he been with them so now they telling me tht am.not untitled to it an it goes to state I think it's BS but plz help they will not show me the paperwork are give it to meBusiness response

Our member started the process of adding the concerned party (*******) as beneficiary to an *** share account, however he failed to execute the document to finalize the process. Therefore, ****************** is not the authorized beneficiary.
This information was communicated to the ****************** by credit union staff in July and August 2022.
