    I have used Worldpay since for many, many years and up until recently they did a ok job. Then when I was trying to cancel my accounts, as we had sold the business, they just couldn't seem to get the cancellation done and keep charging me a month fee of more than 150 dollars. I had filed two reports with them and had to ask to speak with a supervisors to get up the chain to someone who could hopefully help. We weren't even the owners, but Worldpay just kept up with the autopay withdrawal two months later. I couldn't stop the autopays myself, as it has to come from the Worldpay. I had spoke with several people at Worldpay, ******* being the supervisor I last person I spoke with two months ago, from worldpay. He sent me over to my third party service provider, who did cancel one of the accounts. Even though I was asking for two accounts to be closed. Only one was and that was the third party provide who got that one closed. Worldpay didn't cancel the other,nor could they explain what it was even for, since the new owner hadn't need two accounts I began to ask questions. Two months later, ******* still hadn't closed the account and was now asking me to fill out paper work that would take up to 21 days to close out the account. I sent him all the emails from the previous request to close out the account. It seems ********************** couldn't even find the second account, even after I sent them a Worldpay statement and my bank statement showing the charges. Use another company, these guys don't know what they are doing and can't even find an account when you are trying to close out. Shady!!!**In answer to your response, that is just the point, you couldn't find an account that has been charging me a monthly fee since 2009.

    Very bad experience. They started off very well and I was very happy but we had a few chargebacks when covid hit due to backorder issues and we were not notified. Worldpay just put a hold on our account without contacting us to see what was going on. They held $60k then shut our account down once they felt they had enough money. I was with Worldpay 10 years and this is not how I desrved to be treated! They won't even answer my calls now

    Lost $21,000 to this company. World pay is fine charging me money for fraudulent activity. After months of calls and emails, they have blamed everyone they can besides themselves. They were to set my new account up in 2013, and failed to turn on the fraud filters inside Authorize.net. World pay blamed Authorized.net for 2 months, until I got Authorized.net to send me over paperwork that shows world pay is at fault for not setting my fraud filters up. The offered zero back to me and used it to line their pockets instead. This could have been prevented by them, but why would they have protected me if it makes them money in the long run? They do not accept any responsibility, and they want people like me to get attacked with fraudulent activity. This is a hard hit to my small business and unfortunately a tough battle to fight, save yourself the hassle and money.. RUN to another company now!!

    Transitioned to world pay on smooth process promises 2 month later we still cant process health saving cards for our clients and we lost thousands on dollars in lost transactions.They dont even return your calls..you will have to chase them and no one can find a solution for your problem

    Utterly terrible customer service. They kept billing me after multiple requests to cancel service. They failed to make promised return calls. They refused to reduce balances that accrued from time passing as I awaited their promised return calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
