My car was damaged on the right driver side panel going through the auto wash sept7th. A incident report was file that day. **** the employee told her that someone would be contacting her in two business days. I had to reach out to the manager (********) who gave me the run around. I found the owner (*****) number online and reached out to him and he said Monday they would look over the footage.. I sent ***** the owner a picture of the damages to my car and the incident report that was file on site. And also the employee(****) admitted it was his fault due to him being negligent. I messaged ***** Sept 12 to see whats the status. He messaged back and said Corporate would have to find the Video and he would get back to me. I asked the corporate phone number he stop responding to me and I havent nothing else from him. They do not have a corporate office.Initial Complaint

On Friday July 30, 2021 at approximately 9:00am EST, my car was damaged at this car wash. I drove up to the assembly-line car wash and obeyed all instructions given by the gentlemen guiding my car onto the ramp. When I left the car wash and arrived at my office, I noticed that the rocker panel on the left side of my car was scratched and separated and the attached plastic was hanging off. I drove back to the car wash to file a complaint and the same gentlement handed me an incident report slip. I completed my portion, took a picture of it, and returned it to him and was told to expect to be contacted that day. I have called multiple times and provided pictures and credit card statements, and was ultimately told via text that the incident report was not completed and cannot be considered valid.Initial Complaint

Visitor July 2nd I went to wash my car at eco car wash the guy direct me to come in and put my wheel on the little silver metal plate, I heard scraping noises and I told him and he told me it wasn't anything to just come on turn my wheel to the right and I kept saying I hear noises and he kept telling me to come on. I went through the car wash and when I return home I saw that my car still has spots on it and I looked at the bottom and the bottom part on the plate is ripped I went back to the carwash and did an incident report and I waited around half of the few hours so for the general manager and I still haven't been able to talk to him no one won't call me back. I haven't got the estimate yet I haven't been able to speak to Cecil
