Hello, I went to the ******** location in ****** and shortly after I left before getting a degree is was shut down. I am demanding a full refund of every dollar I spent there and the 200 something dollars left that I still owe. Since the location shut down and I was never able to complete my schooling. I was never informed that they were going to shut the school down shortly after I started. I want my 13 thousand dollars back.*************************** ************Initial Complaint

The Art Institute of Atlanta has reported a duplicate defaulted Federal ******* loan that is showing. They acknowledged it and advised it would be removed. Depsite 3 attempts to obtain an update, they have neither followed through to correct my record nor responded to me to advise when it will be resolved.Customer response

The comments from the Art Institute indicate they have spoken with me when in reality they have not. I would like to a specific timeline for when when this error will be resolved. I have tried for over four months to resolve this without success. An email will work as I do not need a phone call.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with the ******************** on 12/27/2021. They advised that **** has returned the case to the *** and stated that the issue is not theirs but is an issue of misreporting by the Art Institute of Atlanta.
