I personally feel like my rights have been violated and I have been also discriminated against. Ive contacted the Atlanta Housing Authority not once but multiple times regarding the issues in my apartment and things that needs to be repaired or replaced and fixed. Ive contacted Atlanta Housing Authority multiple times Ive also contacted code enforcement. And still nothing has been fixed. Also Atlanta Housing Authority has terminated my voucher and Ive asked to see if I can get a second chance and keep my voucher and I was told that when I had the zoom meeting on February 16, 2023 that was my second chance. That is exactly what ********************************* at Atlanta housing authority told me on the phone when I talk to her and I disagreed having a zoom meeting is not a second chance giving someone a second chance is when someone does something for the first time and you give them a second chance and then after the second chance if they continue, then you terminate them permanently I will also be contacting HUD.gov and filing a complaint, I will also be contacting other housing agencies to file a complaint Ive even asked to speak to a supervisor which I was refused and denied. I feel I have been discriminated against because of my sexual orientation I have contacted the Housing Authority and many other agencies regarding the issues that need to be resolved and problems in my apartment that needs to be fixedInitial Complaint

I am owner of all said address in this text . ...I sent a complaint too customer service .no reply yet from my email . I am name owner by way of beneficiary rewards to all of this next of kin owner . Also include in this text owner by me is address ************************************************** .and ***************************************************** .techwoo homes *** ** , ...other business address Coldwell banker association and realogly reality association and better home and garden reality association , the American family insurance company .all of this has me as the ****** owner . A arror has happen. The fidauary services , the executive of my deceased father ************************* , abandoned the last will testment , and got me get the asset he own by my self.. give y'all a notice too give me CPA accounting and the bank account information too all the information in this text .. I am not a shareholder in this text I am the owner and employer . By way of inheritance and joint venture or soleproprietorship . ..*********************** ********************************************************* . Filed in year of 2007 , ******************************************************* , *********************************************** , .....*************** group aka xome reality association , ************************************************** .filed in year of **** . *************** ***** aka ************************* , put all his business into a management services in the year of **** .the management ended in may of 2021. And it all is own by me as of today and back date too may of 2021 . All the information in this message is pass due too me as the owner please delivery too me . Hello, I was looking to transfer to a different community due to the domestic violence I have been experiencing, where I currently reside with AHA. I have submitted a request to port to DCA *********** of ********* affairs) awaiting a follow up, I was sent a letter saying my voucher will expire in January 2022, After submitting my request to port, However no case manager or anyone has contacted me on next steps. I feel like I'm being setup to lose my only form of shelter. Which is very discriminatory and unfair. I have asked to speak to management every time I call and they have only routed my calls to a customer service agent, the same woman (********) over and over again. She lies and tells me she will forward my information over to a manager and then no one ever follows up with me. Atlanta housing Authority seems to only want their clients to live in violent , low poverty, and high crime areas. When asking for assistance with moving to a safer environment for myself and children , they give the run around as if myself and my children's safety doesn't matter to AHA.
