I did not give any high ratings because this joke of a business does not deserve any ratings at their ************************************** location in ******** **************.For years I have always been customer of ********************** but as of 05/24/23 I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the mistreatment and harassment of their employees.One of my family members who is teenager was a former employee for 3 1/2 years of this disgraceful a** company. She was recently terminated her because she choose not to engaged into explicit conversations with the new incompetent, unprofessional, ghetto a** Shift manager ******************************* (who takes her job as a ***** hookup spot for trying to fraternize with male customers while on the clock). She got mad at my family member and told her to clock out and leave for no reason, when my family told her she did not want talk about the topic she kept going on and on about.This location has always been problem some place to work at. They always having issues with their staff members (especially management) who lack ethical training, moral values and communication skills amongst the employees . The whole location needs an internal investigation from Corporate all the way down to DHEC.Parents that is living in the ********, ** area, if your teenager is looking for a job I would NOT recommend them to work at this location because everyone at this location is full of it. The store manager ***** and his District Manager *** are snakes & liars. You can make reports on top of reports about any problems in that location and it will not be handled. Dont waste your time sending your child there to work!Zaxbys if you guys dont get your act together and establish some type of order at this location with your employees including management, you are going to continuously lose customers and this location.I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED with this company but hey what can you expect when you have trash a**, ghetto a** people operating your business!Zaxby's Response

I received a chicken nugget size chicken ***** on my sandwich. 1/4 the size of the bun. The manager said they would be happy with a sandwich like that when I returned it and asked for a refund. Contacted corporate and I'm still waiting on a response a year later.Zaxby's Response

My husband and I received a Zaxby's giftcard for Christmas, he was so excited because he loves Zaxby's. We ordered online via the Zaxby's website one night, clicked the button for delivery, made our order, paid and waited. ... And waited. Over an hour and a half, no food. We finally called the location to ask what happened and they said, 'We don't offer delivery on our website.' First of all, where's the apology? Regardless, I informed her that yes, there is delivery on your website, otherwise how else could the order have gone through. She puts me on hold again, comes back and says, 'Oh, well, we do have delivery, but it's actually through a third party company, so you're going to have to have to go through them.' As if this wasn't bad enough, we contacted the email that we were told to contact, a while later we receive and email that said to contact a number, we called the number and a customer service representative picks up the phone, whom apparently is a part of Zaxby's escalations. I explain what happened and she says, 'Well, we're not supposed to refund for things like this, but we'll make an exception.' ...AN EXCEPTION?! You have GOT to be kidding me. This is EXACTLY the type of thing you refund. We never got our food?! Not to mention, nobody cared?! The whole experience was infuriating, to say the least. Not to mention, the whole reason we ordered food that night was because our car had broken down, so we had no transportation and no food at the house. So thanks to this disaster, my 10yr old daughter got to eat noodles that we finally found in the kitchen, and my husband and I didn't get to eat that night. All together, no one cared what so ever and it'll take 7 days to even see our refund.Zaxby's Response

I am a former Manager at a franchised store location in ******** **, store ***** with WP Foods ******* LLC. Leaving this store was a decision that I made after working there for less than 3 months. My store GM, *****************, the owners, and 2 upper management members, *********************************************** grossly mistreated myself and 2 other managers. They lied and falsely accused us all of not meeting the standards of Zaxby's values and performance requirements. They wrongfully terminated the other 2 managers, while they backdated a false written warning & entered it into my employee records on **********, our hiring and talent system (HR software). They outright lied on at least one of our separation notices, while I still have not recieved mine. They met one of us at the doors of the restaurant and refused to let her enter when she reported for her shift. When I contacted all the upper mangement through email, including our HR manger, there was no response. I say all this to say this: There is no oversight of how this business treats people. The corporate offices truly have no say in how a franchise company runs there business and considering ** is a fire at will/work at will state, there isn't anyway to make this LLC answer for it's actions or decisions. Working for them felt like working for the *************** Everyone always talked about probelms, but no one talked to the person with the problem. There was no accountibility, and it was never anyone's fault. When I started there in October 2022, I loved it. I loved the people I worked with and the food was cooked and maintained correctly. Management changed and it all changed. Constant chaos and drama filled atmosphere with no one ever really taking responsibility.Zaxby's Response

I think this place has horrible customer service,half cooked food,and need better employees. I didn't see a hair net nowhere on anyone or any mask. I was cursed at the drive thur window for asking a question. Awful communication and health protection for their customers. I will never return to this location ******************************************************************. I wouldn't advise anyone to eat here or send anyone. The choice is yours,but I will have to say no thank you.Zaxby's Response

I chose to purchase food at the Zaxbys located at ***************************. in ******* *******. I stay approximately 15 to ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************** horrible and on this day at Zaxbys the customer service they provided me was worse than the food you provide to a dog. The food was burnt, hard, just outright awfull. It bothers me that these companies are within our communities we patronize them and the quality of service is so poor and it is time for a change we should not have to travel outside of our communities to get quality customer service. I would love a full refund and much more for the time it took to even get to this location and gas, and the wait time, and the waste of my money and having to purchase more food at another location to receive something that I could eat. It is food inspectors or whomever is in charge to pull their businesses together or its time to shut the doors and boycott until we receive better. I do realize that everyone has various skill sets but that does not give anyone the right to treat people rude or disrespectful or ugly with them just because they may not have the skill set the others have and I witness this and Im very disturbed about this as an educator. I welcome home ****** to contact me in regards of what I saw and what I received I even took pictures of my food it was horrible. We must begin to demand better or its time for us to request better businesses that treat everyone the same equal with the respect they will work with them selves. We should not have to purchase food in areas that is not desirable to everyone its time for change. Common sense to whoever prepared is foolish they shouldve known better than to give someone this type of food.Zaxby's Response

********* ** Location. After I sat there and watched the guy taking my order give away cups and food! He then waved at me to step up to order our food. And didnt say hey can help you or anything. And when I started ordering he said I need your name, like I was a f****** idiot for both knowing to give it to him! Then when I was ordering he cut me off, before I could tell him no sauce on my sandwich, so when he signaled for me to tell him the rest he got aggravated with me!? Id like to file a complaint towards the **** poor experience I received from a specific Zaxbys location. On Today, 04/01/2022 my mom, younger sister, and I arrived to Zaxbys located at ***************************************************************************. Approximately around 5:00 we pulled into the drive thru being maybe the fourth car in line prior to getting to the speaker and placing our order. The time we actually got to the speaker was maybe 5:12 or so. We didnt get any help right away. In fact, there were about ten+ minutes that passed by before someone came to the speaker to take our order. There wasnt a sorry for the wait or anything, just how can I take your order?. This was the initial flaw of service that we noticed. Around three to four cars pulled out of line due to the wait, as you can see on the drive thru camera before our silver sedan got around to the pick up window. Upon getting our order, the tenders for two meals was short, the drinks were wrong, and the double order of fries were literally dark ***** and overcooked. The young ***** ******* at the window wasnt polite at all with my mother in the driver seat. When my mom stated what was wrong with our order, the sliding door would just slide in her face with no assurance of how the order would be fixed or when. Once ******* came back to the window after me noticing her lack of good customer service and bad attitude for the fifth time, I confronted her and said my mom didnt want to say anything because she notice how young acting the staff was and didnt want anything to happen to her food so Ill be the one to confront her. The girl slid the door in my face as well which lead for me to walk inside with the food. The staff stated I was doing too much and their commentary all in all wasnt professional at all. A **** stated to me that he would get his baby mama to handle me. The names I obtained from the manager ******* was ****** ******* and herself. She refused to give me *******s information.Zaxby's Response
