            This organization is not straightforward with their business practices! They made an offer on my house 7/5 and put a 15 day option period where they needed to do the inspection which never happened. They came back 2 days before the end of the option period and tried to buy my home for $35,000 under the negotiated and contracted price. I think it is wrong for a company to keep you on the line for as long as they did and then turn around and try and low ball after the price has been met. I understand if the inspection came back and they needed money off for repairs but they didn't even do that. I would like to see them be more transparent about their process and to not jerk people around.
