      I purchased a Bull gas BBQ from Mad Hatter. The unit was $3,000. and when I used the infared burner the back of the unit turned very burned looking. I don't expect a BBQ costing that much $$$ to look like a $200. unit after just one use. I would like to recieve a refund and get a BBQ that does not have that problem. I have contacted Mad Hatter and Bull BBQ and they could care less. They have their sale and really don't care about the customer.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/06/24) */ After consulting with the manufacturer of the product, it was determined the discoloration to the grill is well within normal operation. The client personally spoke with a representative from Bull, who also stated the grill's discoloration is expected when using the product. We greatly appreciate our clients, make every effort to satisfy their requests, and resolve any issues they may experience; however, we cannot warranty or replace a product that is deemed without default by the manufacturer. For future potential warranty and service requests, we recommend contacting Bull directly at https://bullbbq.com/support-warranty/. If they had told me about the problems with this grill before I purchased, I doubt that I would have bought the BBQ. Telling me after the fact is not a resolution and They should take the BBQ and give me a refund. Thanks, **** Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/06/29) */ Per the manufacture, the customers complaint is not a defect in the product and is normal when the grill is being used. Therefore, there is no warranty or exchange to be done. We do not accept a grill that has been already used back without the manufactures approval.
