      So I bought 100 ft of SPT1 wire November 2023 and put up the lights before Christmas. For the past month in ****** we have been hit with alot of snow/rain and storms. I went to take down my lights finally and they all are snapped in alot of places which before the storm they were fine because we still had the lights go on at night. I sent pictures to the company showing them. My neighbor who is a electrician told me SPT1 will do that because it won't survived bad cold and wet weather like we had this past month that I should of bought SPT2 wires. Who ever is ***** from this company said she thinks it's animals that did that so it's not covered by warranty so there's nothing they can do. She is being slick with that just so they don't have to go by the warranty. I was just asking for a good discount since ima have to buy again. She said the best she can do is 10% which is horrible especially with the evidence I have and a professional that even said why it snapped.

      We did receive photos of the broken wires. When the customer service representative, ***** escalated the problem to our quality department for review. The quality department concluded that an animal may have chewed the wires and denied a warranty claim. After receiving more information about the extreme weather that likely caused the wires to snap we have reopened the issue and will be contacting the customer to provide a satisfactory resolution.

      We ordered over $500.00 in lights, received them and realized before installing they were bright white. We had wanted warm white. I called to exchange them. I was told they dont do exchanges but I could order what I wanted and they would send me a return label to return the others for a refund. So I ordered $500.00 more of lights and waited for the return label. After many contacts with customer service I kept being told it must have gone to spam folder. I told her, no, I have checked all folders and its not there. I was then told they were having trouble with the label and would email it. I received that day. I mailed back the same day. It is nearing a month and no refund. I have contacted them several times and am just told with high volumes it is taking longer. Other companies I have dealt with credit as soon as the return label shows shipped. I am questioning if I will ever see a refund. I will never order from this company again and warn others not to as well.

      When looking at this customer's order we do show a return shipping label was sent to on 11/27/23. The customer contacted us on 12/28/23 asking for the refund. We issued the refund on 12/28/23 as requested. Due to the nature of our business order volumes and return volumes are very high during the holiday season and it can cause delays in issuing refunds in a more timely manner. We are working on solutions that can help us serve our customers more quickly during the next holiday season.

      Will never do business with these people again. We spent over $600 on lights and I regret it, but at least I can warn others. The interaction I had with ******** was appalling. I called in the first place because ***** told me to since delivery was delayed. We paid $45 dollars in shipping and of course ***** couldn't help. In the call, ******** was beyond patronizing and demanded I listen to her. She hung up after running over the top of me. I called a second time, same ugliness. She said she was, "matching energy". Ma'am, this is not Tik Tok, you were dealing with a customer who was frustrated about losing $45 and you were being totally inconsiderate, condescending, and seriously downright hateful. The customer is not always right, but you can't treat them all the same. I called for help not to be treated that way. Called a third time for a refund, she asked what the issue was.... well what do you think? It ending with her demanding to be listen to again, running over the top of me again, telling me to just do the return online, and a hang up. I couldn't do the return online, which is why I unfortunately had to call her a third time. I'm incredibly disgusting this business let's their folks act this way. There are bad customers who mistreat, but I am not one. I feel bad she feels like a customer's frustration is a personal attack against her. It sometimes is not nor did I make it towards her. If she would have calmed down and acted normal, she would have understood what I was trying to ask.

      We truly regret that this customer has had such a bad experience with one of our representatives. We are however grateful for this being brought to our attention so that we can handle the situation appropriately. We have contacted the customer to apologize for the way they were treated. We are taking steps to coach and retrain the customer service representatives.

      Did not meet the delivery date given. Still waiting. C'mon folks- this is a seasonal business and if it does not arrive when I need it, you FAILED. Is difficult to get any help- the "support" page, just circles you from the FAQ's back to "support" back to FAQ's. Customer beware!!! Bah humbug

      We are available to help with shipping issues. Typically if an order does not arrive we will file a claim with the carrier and offer to ship it again or refund the customer. However, the customer needs to contact us directly to let us know there is an issue. We did not find this customer's email or name and zip code in our system, so we can not address this complaint directly. The description of a "support" page linking to a "FAQ" page doesn't sound like what is found on ChristmasLightsEtc.com. We have a "contact us" page. Our phone number appears on the top and bottom of every page as well as a chat feature. We also provide an email form for customers to easily connect with us for assistance or to report any problems.

      Paid to have 2 day shipping and that was 7 days ago. When I sent an email asking them why there was a delay according to ***** website, Christmas Lights Etc said it was due to an incorrect Apt number (letter). There is no way I made this mistake as I always double check my address before I pay for an item. I alerted Pay Pal and we'll see what c*** they try to sell to Pay Pal. ***** told me to leave a note for the driver (if and when the item ever gets delivered) to say I refuse the delivery. The item is still at the sorting destination and there has been no activity at all. They have got to be the most a----e company. I hate to say it but I wasn't going to leave any feedback/review until I saw everyone elses review on ******** wasn't the only one who got scammed. Someone in the "higher up" division needs to shut them down!!

We did contact ***** on your behalf to correct the address, but that seems to have caused a delay. Unfortunately, consumers do not go to the BBB when they have had a positive experience with a company. It is always our goal to provide an excellent customer experience.       They sent 2 strings of the incorrect light sizes. It is impossible to get through by phone and they don't call back when you request it. After sending multiple emails, they sent a shipping label to return the incorrect lights. When I saw I never received refund to my credit card (as promised), I again emailed them. I was told they gave me a "credit" to my account (I don't even have an account with them). Now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

      I ordered four folding polymesh stars, 16" size. Two red, two gold. Simple, huh? I didn't open them right away because the weather was awful, and I bought them for my covered porch. I received the two red as ordered but also got two 26" gold, not 16" Good thing this was not for any special order. I opened them within the the return period, but given all the hassle of return, I just kept them for use next year. The return instructions at the website are ridiculous...not allowed to return unless authorized. Customer pays return shipping, 10% re-stocking fee. I mean even if they did conceivably offer to pay return, I would have been stuck having to pack and pay and then wait for them to reimburse. Given the horror stories here, I just decided not to bother.Oh, and they sent me an email on December 30, asking for review which clearly shows i ordered four 16" stars. Go figure?They also warn you in the "guidelines" that you are to review the product only...not customer service. Guess that explains the many customer service complaints here. Buy elsewhere....

      I never received confirmation for my order, a receipt, or expected shipping. I have sent two emails and phoned them once. I have not received an answer from the emails. I want to return my order and get a refund.

      TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE. I ordered a ********* star (order #*******) for my church Christmas program on Cyber Monday, November 28, 2022. Christmas Lights, Etc. website stated delivery would be December 3, 2022. I called December 7, 2022 since I hadn't received anything & was worried & the *************** program was in 2 days on December 10, 2022. I spoke to *****, who said it "was shipped November 29" and she gave me a **** tracking number. **** tracking stated it "received pre-shipment info" on December 1, and the product arrived at "**** Regional Facility ********** ** DISTRIBUTION CENTER on December 1, 2022, 10:30 pm" (not November 29 like ***** said). I called again December 19, 2022 (more than 2 weeks after estimated delivery time) and spoke to ***** who said "it's still in transit", blamed it on **** and offered a refund. It's been "in transit" since December 5, 2022 - it hasn't even left the ********* distribution center yet. It hasn't been "prepared for delivery", nor is it "out for delivery". **** states it takes only 3 days to ship anything from ********* to my state. I spoke to ******* on the phone on December 19. ******* stated it would be "3-5 business days for a full refund, since you never received the product". On 12/21/2022 the company credited a PARTIAL REFUND to paypal, NOT A FULL REFUND, and I NEVER GOT A PRODUCT. Truly, truly a scam website. I should've used 2-day Amazon Prime, because my church's Christmas nativity was missing a Bethlehem star. I had to scramble to find something else!! THIS COMPANY HAS FALSE ADVERTISING ON ITS WEBSITE for DATE OF DELIVERY, and I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT (as of 12/25/22), STILL GOT CHARGED, & RECEIVED A "PARTIAL REFUND" when I was told I would receive a full refund. Why is this **********, ******* company using a **** distribution center in **********, ********* when it's only 30 minutes outside of ******* and there's a distribution center in *******?? (RED FLAG! ) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TOTAL SCAM!!

      I ordered 5 boxes of C7 bulbs. I received 5 boxes of C9's. So I returned. They charged me ***** originally for the purchase. They credited me *****. They charged me ***** for the shipping label an a $10.00 fee for shipping. What a rip. The lady that chatted the screw-job to me was listed as *****. I can only say merry Christmas to this company but they have no Idea the future dollars this cost them.

      I looked at your order and you did order C9 bulbs which is what you received. This is also shown on the order confirmation you received when you placed the order.
