Such a cheating *** network that I have seen. I was a subscriber for this yupptv for the past 9 years and every year some or other channel / package gets removed without information. To top it, they will ask for additional money if we want those channels / package back for which we already paid money for. Don't fall for it. There are much better *** packages available

The tech associates bother you on phone untill you subscribe for an yearly package. After you subscribe they will start pulling out channels and subscriptions. If you call and request for a refund and cancellation they will not agree and give a minor refund like 10 usd just to try to pacify you. They also include local ads into recorded shows and channels without prior consent and we have to call customer care again to disable it. Will never go with yupptv again.

Been using ******* for a number of years now. Recently got update that *** TV Channels will be taken off and have to be accessed via another app. Got in touch with customer service to check if I can get a refund or get access to the *** Channels till my current expiry for which they did not give both the options (The only option was to extend for another year which I did not want to do). So currently am left with 3 months of subscription without both the channels for which I paid for and also without a refund for not accessing them. Did not expect this from YuppTV. They might lose the few customer they have with practices like these.

I was using YuppTV for around 10 years. Recently one month back I extended my package for one year. I took Tamil Package that includes mostly of SunTV. Now I got an alert saying that I have to pay additional $40 to view sunTV. It is totally fraud. why they didn't tell when I was extending the package. I could not have extended the package if SunTV network channel is going away. They are not refunding any ***** now. They pushed me to the corner and forcing me to pay the extra dollars to view sunTV package.I would like BBB to get into this issue and ban the YuppTV in *** so that many innocents will not loose their hard earned money with these fraud business.

i am using yupptv for many years I don't see much issues. but only last couple of years i see some issues. don't know how to resolve even after contacting the customer care they are telling lie.1. they said zee Telugu we are adding into my package then I see only live but not added in catch ups.2. when I renewal 2 yrs back (I bought yearly pkg) they said I am getting 3 months extra(from march to **** next yr) but they called me again in the month of march and said 3 months extra(again march to **** next yr). here they didn't counted my 3 months existing period.3. I was having 2 tvs and activated for both TV that including my package. after renewal they activated only one. when I contacted CC they said I was having only 1 tv active.(Big Lie)4. I don't have anywhere to check my previous active devices list. after contacting CC they has shown somewhere my current active device and I don't see other tv as active device.5. I asked CC to contact me the person who gave this offer and didn't receive the offer. they said he will call in 2 days. then nobody called. then again contacted CC and told them. then they said again in 5-6 hrs he will contact. nobody contacted till date. I am planning to cancel the service as it is not doing business like before and also telling lie when we contact CC team.

Sleazy practices. Do not disclose additional fees and hidden charges. Nickle and dime for all access. Stay away.

Zee Telugu was one of the available channels in the package we subscribed. We assumed that Zee Telugu has backup tv option like all other channels. But after subscribing we came to know that for Zee Telugu its not available. I took Yupp for my elderly mothers entertainment, she watches a particular show on Zee Telugu.So we decided to unsubscribe YuppTv service. On the first of the following month I have reached out to YuppTV folks and requested to cancel my subscription for so and so reasons. They didnt agree to cancel it until next month as they renew services on the first of every month. The customer service agent tried to give us options like selling our service to our friends. We dont want to do any other business with YuppTV in future. When the charged us for the subscription they pro-rated the charge based on remaining number of days, but when. I requested to cancel they use the monthly rate. I dont like this irrational business practice. Hope people understand what they signup for.

Yupp TV is a scam. Lying to customers about available channels, once customers sign up, no refund. They shouldn't have a business license. We expect US Govt take legal action against Yupp TV USA. Otherwise, it will rip off customers.

Very poor customer support with yupp tv. Cancels channels which are in the package. Their US customer support phone number doesn't work. Very annoying and will not recommend for anyone.
