      I have been noticing a significant decline in the quality of YUPP TV service over the past year. Several previously available channels are no longer accessible, and I have been unable to cancel my service. Even though I did not authorize my subscription renewal, the company automatically charged my credit card without my consent. I have been unable to log into my account on their website, and the phone number listed on their website appears to be non-functional. Despite sending multiple emails to their support team, I have not received any response.

      Hi All,

      We have discussed this matter with Mr. ********************************** on 13th April 2024 and have ensure to address the complaint as per his satisfaction and desired resolution.

      We have refunded ****** USD which was charged initially on 30th March 2024 and re-enrolled him for another package as per his wish. please find below the ticket details under which the communication is documented at at our end and the same ticket # was shared with consumer as well.

      I subscribed to YuppTV which included Aha streaming but I am not able to play any Aha video.I tried to contact YuppTV and cam to know that they stopped phone customer support and now offering ONLY WhatsApp chatting which I was not told during renewing my subscription when YuppTV sales person called me on my phone to renew my existing subscription.Also they started playing Ads which was not mentioned or doesn't exist before and this is also a kind of cheating the customers.When I contacted on WhatsApp chat now they are asking me to contact *** for any technical issues. I know there is nothing wrong with my TV or APP as it was working perfectly fine with my direct subscription with Aha before switching to YuppTV.I tried my level best chatting in WhatsApp with probably a bot so decided to cancel my subscription and I was told that my subscription cannot be canceled or there is nothing they can do to resolve my problem except kept saying to contact to ***.Now really hate YuppTV customer support and firmly decided to cancel subscription so I request YuppTV to cancel my subscription with immediate effect and refund my full subscription amount immediately.Thanks

      This is a ****** TV channel streaming subscription service. Each year they call me and collect upfront payment for next one year. We had this service for several years. This year we were not interested in renewing so we didnt pick up their phone calls. After trying to reach us over phone several times over couple of weeks, they went ahead and charged our credit card without my consent. I even got an alert from my credit card company that potential fraudulent activity detected. please help resolve and get my refund.

      We have cancelled the said package as per customer request and also processed a refund for $89.99 on 12th and 13th April 2024. Mr. ******* shall be able to see the funds in his account within 5 to 7 business days and a confirmation email also has been shared with customer for the same.

      Please find ticket # 314392 which stands out as a proof that we have refunded the amount and customer was happy with the resolution provided also as per his desired resolution.

      We can now consider this case as closed because the the issue what customer had complained about has been addressed as per his desired resolution.

      I have paid a yearly subscription for YuppTv so that my Mom who is visiting from ***** can watch live tv and catch up tv of the programs which are streamed from ***** on YuppTV. However, the channels have not been working and I am being asked to pay $2.99 every time when I login to YuppTV to watch any of the channels which come as a package.I have been trying to contact them for the past month but, the Phone doesn't ring and nor the emails are getting answered.

      YUPP TV service has been on the decline for the past year with several channels not even available. There is no way to cancel service and they automatically charged my credit card even though i sent an email to support that i want my service cancelled. Their published phone line does not even go thru and their support team does not respond to any emails

      I got yupp tv and they say they wont refund. I see ton of ppl saying the same and why no one takes action on these customer remorse and reports.Their service is bad and they customer support is bad as well. They dont sympathize with you and say we cant refund and connect to supervisor (no supervisor available without even checking) we checked ur voice recording from past and we didnt promise anything within two mins the agent said he did find it. So I asked him name of person who spoke to me from voice recording he said it confidential lol when he has all my dad cant share the name as he is bullshitting that he got from recording. So I asked him how did u find the recording in two mins n reply and answer I got was when I can yesterday they did find it (the promise was to call me which they never did) n I asked then why did they not call me - no answer at this point the shady person said no supervisor or cant share name. I pushed him for *************** said someone would call me n asked when we have so many customer call for my supervisor (no wonder if they scam ppl like this & offer no refund for poor services). They would say no contract can cancel but wont mention no refund. Very shady business dont recommend n what is way to tie a bell to this cheaty cat

      This company provides a TV subscription to ****** shows (kind of like a ******************** hasn't been working properly for a few weeks or months (not sure when it started).I called and tried to get the service fixed and get a refund for the time when the service wasn't working.Their terms and conditions are extremely anti-consumer:"YuppTV will not refund any unutilized price for any part of the Services. However, termination of the subscription shall not relieve the User of any obligations (including, but not limited to the payment for the Services) as set forth in this Agreement. Cancellations of quarterly, half-yearly and yearly packages with and without Devices shall not be permitted under any circumstances as they are available to User at discounted prices."They are charging me a yearly subscription for a service that is degraded and won't refund me for it. They suggested I spend MORE money to a different device to get their service working. The customer service representative I talked to even admitted that this is a known problem they've had and still wouldn't give us confirmation of a refund. They refused to send us anything in writing with the promises they were making and that we had to trust that they were taking notes on their side for our issues. They wouldn't escalate to a supervisor despite us asking multiple times.The ticket number they gave us was: ****** This was the second time we called about the service degradation and the first time they said the issue was with the app needing to get uninstalled and reinstalled from our TV - even though they admitted on this call that this is a known issue for them.They also said even if we cancelled our yearly subscription they wouldn't refund us any of the money for the rest of the year (for reference the yearly subscription began in May 2023) and that it was in their terms and conditions.So essentially I'm paying for a service that they are not providing and refusing to refund.
