They could not get ANYTHING right...from calls to work orders to doing unauthorized work! Couldn't find me even for the bill! Do not use!

***********************, We are very disappointed in this review as we feel we provided exceptional service to you and your rental condo. The appointment was called in by you on May 12 at 4:55 pm and scheduled for June 1, 2022, per your request. Normally your account is operated by the property manager, and we confirmed that the property manager was still handing this property, even though it was being sold in June. We confirmed that you wanted to be billed and emailed you the **** the following day. We remained in contact with you throughout the process and followed your instructions on the billing, we do recognize that our technician did replace three shower heads for you and did receive approval from the property manager and not directly from you and we did address this concern with our employee and waived your service fee for this error. As we discussed the showerheads would continue to flood those bathrooms if not replaced and you agreed that waiving the service fee would be acceptable for the error. Our normally policy, when the property manager is not being billed, is to have a credit card over the phone because we are COD but allowed this to be billed out due to the relationship that we have with your property manager. The **** was not paid for over 20 days, and we have not heard from you regarding any sort of complaint outside of what is stated above. If there was an issue with the repair or our staff, we would have hoped that you would have reached out prior to a 23-day lapse in time and posting a review, especially since we felt that the error had already been handled in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. We are a 24/7 365 company so you could have reach out to us at any time and we would have been more than happy to address any of your additional concerns accordingly. They told me $2000 to fix two showers and secure one toilet. While working on 2nd shower plumber left and said they need an additional $300. Next day they said they won't fix unless I paid $1300 when I said I do not have that kind of money they said I could finance. Felt like I was scammed. Plumber wouldn't stop talking about ***** at times I felt uncomfortable.

We have spoken to you regarding the questionable plumbing installation by others and have unfortunately run into issues ourselves due to this. When we spoke on the 7th regarding your last appointment on the 3rd and 4th, we explained that we are happy to send out a supervisor to review the work, which we are still happy to do so, and explained that some of the further repairs may be the HOAs responsibility. All our quotes are in writing, and we are happy to resend those over to you. If there was a misunderstanding on the pricing, we are still offering to send over a supervisor, at no charge, to review the entire project. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

****** Plumbing is an excellent business and their follow up and concern for their customers is superb. We are dealing with a defective water softener but we have no problems with their care, trying to trouble shoot the problem with the manufacturer and keeping us in constant cmmunication.
