me and my wife, chose a 10 day 5 countries European traveler vacation .AAA travel agency of winter park florida ,with travel agent Maribeth S****** she started the paper work with TRAFALGAR . on the 6,0f Feb 2020 i paid $1100.00 then paid balance of $5802.72 totaling $6902.72. this trip was posponed 2 times because of covid 19 .the third time it was posponed because certain areas of England were closed off to tourist .maribeth assured us that when England was open she would call us. i received a e mail congratulating me on june of this year.for trip that i had not taken.i calledoffice was told that Maribeth S****** did no work there anymore.was told to speak to new agent Carmen v*******. she said i had not called to cancell trip. AAAtravel agency had posponed my trip 3 times said i had acredit of future travel of $1900 i want a full refund of $6902.72 . carmen v******* was left with the mess caused by maribeth and AAA travel agencyBusiness response

We ware working with Mr. ****** on resolution options. Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2022/08/31) */ i received a call from corporate AAA TRAVEL agency. the lady who spoke to me, said they will send me a full refund $6902.72 that was 15 days ago.they still have not responded to me i check my e mail regularly and have not received e mail or refund.
