Our neighbors collectively recommended 3 companies and we decided to work with Nathan and Advanced Screening Solutions because he stood out for clear, detailed, and consistent communication AND because he wasn't caught off guard when we asked for plexiglass instead of mesh; we wanted an indoor-outdoor space with no worries about rain. He did an excellent job managing expectations regarding timeline and cost. Although there were no timeline changes, I appreciate that he checked in periodically to give us updates. Nathan's work ethic and commitment to quality is well above others in the industry. His installation team was awesome and respectful of our property and my schedule. As of this posting, we've had our lovely enclosed lanai for 2 months and are beyond happy! Nathan, I want you to know that the space you helped us create is my absolute favorite space in our house!!
