Company called me July 5, lied repeatedly that I would not have to do a timeshare presentation. Spoke to three people on the phone actually about it. The ******, the salesman, and the manager. Each person reassured me that because I had stayed with ****** in the past I qualified for this package. From the get-go, I told them I would never do a presentation and neither would my husband. They assured me I would not have to!Their terms and conditions did not arrive until four days later and item 15 was a direct violation! Stating that we would have to attend a presentation and that if we did not, we would be billed for the actual rate of our stay!!Started a dispute with my credit card company, can you believe this company submitted documentation supposedly backing up their fraudulent charge against me, and they did this in a different persons name, with a different transaction date?! Im not kidding! They used evidence of someone else to try to say I owe them money. I still dont have this resolved in my favor. As a consumer, I have received no goods from this company and no services. I needed to cancel my transaction and when I reached out to them, they lied about trying to help me. They said that someone would have to call me back and they would email them. That there was no one I could be transferred to to get help. **************** only! I called again same thing. They claimed that they would review the tapes and it would take 48 hours. I knew how many times I refused to presentation so this would be super easy if they actually reviewed the tapes. But nope, they never called me back ever. I emailed them a few times too. They never even emailed me back once. It was like the worst thing I had ever seen. And then I came on the BBB and saw that they are absolutely AWFUL and people on this site know it too! These companies are super fraudulent and something needs to be done about their deceptive, marketing practices, and theyre blatant lies!

On 9/3/2024 I received a call from ******* ****** offering me a vacation package. He cited my previous stay with Hilton Grand Vacations and indicated that the offer with ******************* was affiliated. He promised 2 vacations at first sharing locations and number of days which differ based on all-inclusive and country etc. I specifically asked about the All-inclusive fees saying that my current time share exchange made it nearly impossible to go to ****** due to the extra fees that are typically over $100 per person per day. He said this package didnt have those extra fees and that the overall resort tax/fee collected was typically $40 (not pp/day). I also specifically asked if there were any qualifying criteria that I needed to know about, income level etc. And he said no that Im qualified. He added a 3rd vacation within the ** and kept the price I paid at $350. I also asked him about my cost, confirming that the $350 was all I owed. When I received the invoice/email I decided to call and book a resort in *****, one he told me about on the call, because I wanted to make sure dates were available this coming winter. When I spoke with **** (9/6), who identified herself as the sole reservation agent, I learned that the fee collected in part by her at booking and in part by the resort at time of verification, for an all inclusive resort is $1700. Further the Hawaii resort options also has an additional booking fee (less and not all-inclusive) and werent beachfront. I told **** that I had been misled and would cancel the order because it wasnt as described and it was within 3 days of purchase etc. She agreed saying that this sometimes happens and she gets these calls periodically. She said she was sending a note to their **************** to handle a reversal or contact me. I followed up with an email statement of refusing the purchase also in the morning of 9/6. I did not receive a call or email response. Subsequent calls have so far been unanswered.

We booked a diamond vacation package with this group for $350. Much like a timeshare pitch, they claim they are starting a travel company and giving deals for early adopters. The people on the phone are impressive and professional. They charge $350 and give you a website to book on. However the site requires calling in to book. Each time you call, they claim we will email you the options within the hour. And then nothing ever comes. The website upon further investigation has some typos and issues and very simple forms. I have now contacted my credit card company to dispute and be refunded.

I was contacted in September 2023 and bought two packages for $350. The sales person, *****************, told me I would be able to take a family of 4 to *****************. After I received the certificate, I found out that Dreams is Aduly Only. This is completely false from what **** told me. I spoke to them the next day and the woman told me I would receive a refund because of this. I called several times in October and November 2023 and the represenative told me that the refund was being processed. It is now December 2023 and I have yet to receive my refund. VIP Confirmations keeps telling me it is being processed but I haven't received it.This is fraudulent and I need to refunded at once. My phone is ************ and the email is ********************

On 12/14/2022, I received a call from Michael B*****, (###-###-####, ext ***), who told me that he was calling because I had participated in a Hilton Vacation package at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. He said that he was calling to offer me a package at several different resorts in different countries and that because I had done the timeshare presentation at the "Hilton" Waikoloa Village, I did not have to do timeshare presentation at any of the other resorts. During the call, he never mentioned he was calling on behalf of Luxury Diamond Resorts, but he constantly mentioned the Hilton. When I checked my email later that day, I found that the package I purchased was not with the Hilton but with Luxury Diamond Resorts. On 12/15/2022, I received a follow up call from someone representing Luxury Diamond Resorts and I told her that I wanted to cancel the package. She said she would look into it. On 12/29/2022, I called ###-###-#### (Customer Service) for VIP Concierge Services, and told the person who answered that I was calling to check up on my cancellation request. I was put on hold and after about 10 minutes, I was told that my package would not be cancelled. That someone had listened to the recording and that it was not misleading. That I did stay at the Hilton and that I did not have to timeshares at any other resort. And that they were just a marketing company for Luxury Diamond Resorts. I asked where I could send a complaint and was given this address: 227 Broadway Street, Kissimmee, FL 33741. In checking Sunbiz.org, the address is 609 West Vine Street, Suite A1, Kissimmee, FL 34741. I paid $435.00. My confirmation number is **************. There is no way I would have bought this package if the caller did not have personal information that I had attended a Hilton resort and he kept referencing Hilton throughout his presentation.
