On 11/28/23 I contracted with All out Septic to replace my Septic drain field. I gave *** (Owner) $1000.00 deposit. My contract states he will apply for a permit, site plan,Install new Infiltrator drainfield, Timed inspection and cover and rake. After numerous calls and texts on both his personal and company cell phones he never returned my calls. I believe *** (Owner) closed this business. I had a different company come out to pump my septic because it was backing up into my house for a cost of $310.00. I want my $1000.00 back to hire a new company. This can not wait as it creates an Environmental Hazard.Business response

Due to the negligence of a 3rd party beyond the control of this company. *** (owner) resolved all the issues and replaced my septic drain field to my utmost satisfaction. I would highly recommend All Out Septic for the professionalism and quality of the work performed.Customer response

On March 24th, 2022 I contracted with Jonathon L******** with All Out Septic Inc. to replace a septic tank and drain field. He required a $30,000.00 deposit in advance to start the work, and on March 25, 2023 we paid him $30,000.00. Jonathan indicated in writing he would be completed by mid May, 2022. They failed to start the job until July, 2022; when they finally started the job in July, 2022, they installed a $4,000 septic tank and never returned to finish, or to even cover the unsafe hole in the ground.... They have completely abandoned the job.... As of Feb 3, 2023 the job site is nothing but an unsanitary mess of raw sewage / unsafe condition of a 50 ft long hole they dug in the ground. I have made every attempt including certified letters, dozens of calls, emails and texts for them to finish the job ... They do not return any emails, texts or phone calls and as of early January 2023 have blocked our phone numbers. I am now forced to hire another Septic company to complete the job. I am demanding to get our $30,000.00 refunded immediately so we can use these funds to hire another contractor.Business response

I refunded him the $30000 after my employees quit I could not find any help and explained that to him and he told me I could just refund him the money so I did I paid for the tank and many loads of dirt before the employees quit I was out around 15000$ on materials and still gave him back his full deposit of $30000
