My experience at Great Lakes was a very good one as everyone was very cooperative in correcting a mistake that had been made. I would deal with Great Lakes again if an opportunity arose where I needed their services.Review from Susie L

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life . We have a new home in the villages that has a beautiful tile floor however it has over 60 bubbles and chips . A representative came out and confirmed it is a manufactured defect. I'm at my wits end with this company . They will not return phone calls . This has been going on for months . Tired of being patient and nice .Review from Rod S

Unorganized. These people have come to my home twice to retile my shower and twice they showed up without the tile to do the job. They have scheduled these retile appointments with a one hour window and have been late on both visits. Their craftsmanship does not exist in so far as someone could view. Remember 2 appointments to tile shower and they don't bring the tile to do the job. They don't bring the tile?

We have spoken to the homeowner this morning and are ordering tile that was missing to replace the shower pan tile. The owner nos that it will take about 2 weeks to get the material in and then we will call and complete the job.
