    Not good.This company use to be my main source to get my seamoss from.I order the raw so I can make my own gel but my last order from them I never received.when I tried to see about my order,all contact with them is virtually impossible. Noone is going to get back to me or the hundreds and possibly thousands of people who are looking for there orders or refund.We all got got.mine was a small order but still I depended on it or would love my money back.PLEASE TAKE HEED TO THIS AND OTHER REVIEWS TELLING ABOUT THERE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHARKTANK DERIVED COMPANY.

    My moms was a repeat customer so I decided to support. What a mistake. The shipping times are ridiculous. I canceled an order that was taking too long. Never got my refund and never got any response from several emails and calls. ******* may be good but customer service is HORRIBLE.

    I placed an order on October 11, 2024 and have yet to receive my order. All access to Transformation Factory is disabled. I would like a refund of $91.48.

    I have not received my order from last August 2024! Tried contacting them and never heard anything. I tried to dispute with my bank but since it was so long ago they are not refuning me! I keep receiving emails to order gummies which is quite upsetting. They used to be a good company but I dont know what happened. Where are the sharks who supposed to be helping them? Where are my products?

    This company is a fraud. Do not give them your money and do not sign up for a subscription. I havent received product in over a year yet. They keep charging me all the time. Ive disputed all the charges with my bank and got my money back in a year later. I just got an email saying my subscription is going out soon which is complete bogus information. They never sent me the last four orders that they charged me for. They have to be out of business, but they should disable all subscriptions and stop charging people for product that they arent sending out.

    I ordered from this company nearly a year ago and never received the sea **** I paid for. Instead, all I received were ridiculous responses addressing me as "Hey Queen," along with a bunch of bogus excuses. Now, I am past the timeframe to dispute the charge, and I'm out $60. I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.

    I ordered products in August 2024 that I never received. I've emailed support on numerous times and I'm receiving the same a generic auto reply. I've attempted to call and the number is non working and the call doesn't go through.
