I ordered 2 jars of the seamoss gummies mango and strawberry total was ***** I previously purchased 4/1/25. But I have a order number from my purchase and they charged my card 3 times ***** when I only had one order. The other 2 purchases were unauthorized charges and I wont my money back on my card asap. To who I may concern. I loved this product. However when I place my more online 6/7/24 online I was expecting to receive my order. I reach out to customer service after 2 weeks and no response; I reached out again with a live agent thru chat and the young lady mentioned that the order will be fulfilled and will send me an email once the label is made and it ready to ship out. 30 days later still no products. I reached out again and the live agent said my order would be delayed because of the facility being moved to another location. Its been a year and I have yet to receive my order. I placed an order with this company almost a year ago and have emailed them multiple times with no response. Why are they still in business with over 500 complaints?!?!?! Clearly, they are still doing this to their customer base, with the most recent complaint being filed in April. I want my money back- that's all. I don't think a company should still be allowed to operate as a viable business when its customers are unsatisfied. Often, their products would arrive either spoiled or broken, and then they changed their packaging. While they produced a good product, the customer service is HORRIBLE. I am writing to file a formal complaint against a company called The Transformation Factory, from which I made a purchase in June 2024. The total cost of the order was under $200 (I do not have the exact amount), and the transaction was conducted online through the companys website.Despite completing payment, I never received the product I ordered. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company via email, but I have not received any response to date. I placed two separate orders on November 30, 2024 for $76.71 and $139.99. I have not received either order and cannot get a response on the phone or by email from the company. I have ordered from The Transformation *** before with longer than normal fulfillment times (three months) , however, these orders are five months old. What worries me is the lack of customer service and communication. In addition, I regularly receive emails from them soliciting more of the same products for sale. Im concerned they are going out of business, but still taking peoples money without good intentions.
