I purchased a truck from Town Cars Auto Sales. The salesman who worked with me was ******. I asked him to send me pictures and videos along with measuring the interior dimensions of cargo area.He texted me dimensions which I still have the texts, telling me the interior height was 6’11” with a cargo box length of 18’. After receiving the information that I did, I wired the funds ($29,075.00 on 11/01/21) with the agreement that they would find a transport company to ship it to me. When it was delivered, I got inside the truck and measured. It is not the 6’11” inch height that ****** had told me, it is only 6’8”. That might not seem important, but when I am 6’3” and am trying to install a commercial pizza oven, and have hood vents over my cooking areas, and need to have lighting as well, it doesn’t work! When I measured the length of the cargo area, I realized I had again been lied to. The cargo area is only 16’. I was told I was buying at 18’ *******. I called ****, the manager and he told me he sent me exactly what I wanted; I was accused of lying, playing the victim, having buyer’s remorse, said he has never come across anyone like me and that I should be ashamed of myself, he even went as far as to question my Christian faith. He told me that he will not refund anything, if I wanted a refund, I would have to figure out a way to ship it back and pay for it out of my own pocket. **** told me I need to sell it. I cannot sell it! I would need a dealer license in Washington State. **** yelled at me and told me not to contact him anymore, so I have no way to make anything right. The digital dash displays don’t light up and are illegible, my wheel is loose and has damage, the tire is unusable, I have no clue if there’s hub damage, axle damage, or why the wheel is loose at all and how much it will take to fix it, it needs a new tire, it’s not even the right truck.Customer response
