    Failing to provide coverage that I had paid for for my dogs pet insure. Making false claims and denying coverage. Unresponsive for me to communicate to them to dispute. Every time i call they say I have to email the appeals address to which every time I email, could take up to 90 days. I filed the claim in September and their team did not read all the of documentation and supposedly reached out to a vet where I received no updates until I called back and they said they closed the case since the vet did not send over documents. I called the vet that day and asked for documents and received in minutes. They then re-opened the case and denied it again and lied saying I refused services from a vet to find out if she had the diseases months prior. I let the vet do everything they needed with money being no object. This company says they cover health and accidents until something happens and its more than the deductible and they actually have to pay, they make up lies

    Terrible dealings with this company. Denied coverage because my dog had "crepitus" this is what causes the sound when you crack your knuckles. They said it was a preexisting soft tissue injury. This is false and not an injury. They take 30- 60 days to process an appeal, but never get back to you. They have no problem charging you.
