Took almost 2 months to receive my belongings when I moved cross country. Movers put all the items they had damaged into the back of my storage unit, to where I couldn't see what had been damaged (my fault for not checking as they were unloading the truck.)They wrecked my bed frame by pulling it apart even though I provided power tools to disassemble. Overall, it was a crap experience by a crap company

Despite their contract saying this *** services are cancelled within 7 business days of the original scheduled pick up date, this is considered a late cancellation" I cancelled yesterday, June 2nd and original pick up date had been scheduled for June 14th They are now double talking me and I will receive NO refund at all.I want to warn people...both here and on social media to NEVER use this company.

Will not respond to phone calls or e mails. Weeks late on delivery.

I wouldn’t even give them one star, if I didn’t have to. Do not go through this company!! I had a full house of items I needed transported from Utah to Tennessee. At first, this company made itself seem great, And from reviews on google, they seemed capable of getting good movers. So, they got my inventory, quoted me a decent price, and I went ahead and paid their required half down payment of half the estimate. In the beginning, I was told, my stuff would be picked up on 2/12 and delivered on 2/18 at the latest. My stuff was actually not picked up until 2/14, by some random company I’ve never even heard of. Today is 3/5 and I still don’t know where my stuff is. Not to mention, I was charged two more times, and my total ended up $2,000 over my intial quote. American Plus has stopped answering my calls and no one has reached out to me, and I don’t have a valid number for the “company” that picked up my things. American Plus is full of broken promises and once they get paid the first payment, they’re done helping you. I have been living out of a suitcase in an empty house for over two weeks. I have my whole life in a moving truck somewhere. Still don’t have a clue if I’ll ever see any of it. Do not go with this company, they make your life a nightmare.

This company completely scammed us. They told us what we wanted to here and then charged us twicw the amount. After multiple phone calls trying to figure where are stuff was at the phone lines were disconnected. We finally recieved our stuff 10 days later then we were told and had to pay another 1800$ before they would even open the truck. I do not know how these people sleep at night knowing they cause people so much trouble. Do Not Ever use American Plus and Storage Company . You will deeply regret it.

They do NOT answer the customer service line EVER. Don't bother leaving e-mail they never answer that. They cashed my $803.00 deposit check within minutes of me sending to them and never got back to me or answered any of the calls I made to them. TOTAL RIP-OFF

TOTAL SCAM! We had a contract for a move from 2/12-2/13. They were very attentive for the first few days and then went dark the week before the move. Then after I emailed them for a specific driver and date, they responded with a fake p/u time that never happened. Leaving me in the lurch at a very stressful time. I will probably have to pay triple to get my items moved quickly now. They cashed my deposit check immediately on 2/2/22. I have emailed an "officer" of the LLC, GABRIELLA KLYOTSKIN. After checking on their LLC, I found it has been inactive since September 2021, yet they are still doing business??? They are thieves. They hit up people at their most vulnerable and stressful times and hold their belongings hostage. How can they still operate without a license? I am also contacting local Florida agencies for resolution of this issue. DO NOT CONSIDER THEM FOR YOUR BUSINESS!

I signed an agreement with Mitch, to have my furniture moved to a different state on 01/21/22. They sent a 1-person mover to pickup my furniture on that date and are holding everything in Atlanta. It’s been now 12 business days since my items were picked up and they are still in Atlanta. I’ve sent multiple texts messages to Mitch and he has never reply back to ANY of them. His (Mitch) line is now disconnected. I’m in contact with Maria, who keeps telling me she’s reached out to the actual mover to get my items moved, but is not getting any answers from them!! We’re very frustrated and don’t believe they’re doing what they agreed on, when signing the contract, to move our furniture.

The movers arrived within that window and right away I got the sense from them that we were in VERY GOOD HANDS. These gentlemen were extremely professional and pleasant. Great care was given to our items being moved and the whole thing went down without any hitch. These guys are the real deal- thanks!

These people are LIARS!!!!! I used them for a short move within 250miles and yet they messed it up. They low-ball the price in their estimate in order to lure you in, then promise that the price will absolutely not be any different if your stuff don’t change. I paid my deposit and on the moving day, the subcontracted movers came and sent me a new contract with a much higher bill and told me that I was low-balled by american plus moving and that even half of my estimated items would not fit into the cubic fit I was offered. I had to sign a second contract with the actual movers and pay more to get my items moved. Of course, the salesman **** would not reply any of my messages after I paid the deposit. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews.
