The plans and app are garbage. I somehow got signed up for a personal coaching plan (I did not sign up for it), I was charged $100 for a service that I didn't sign up for, nor did I use. They will not refund my money and only respond with "we are not involved in any fraudulent practices" and try to sell me a new plan to "come back." Scammers through and through.Review from Ray C

Horrible predators. You cant stop it quickly. The plans **** too. Its garbage. You are better just googling the workouts you want. The workout are made for use in a gym. I hope these criminals go to jail. I will make it my job to ruin this business. You cant cancel or get a refund easily.Review from Linette N

I signed up for the annual plan, but within days it wouldnt let me access any of the plan benefits and was trying to make me buy it again. I have emailed them multiple times over the last month, and provided proof of buying the membership, and no one ever responds to me. Its ridiculous. No customer service support at all and Ive lost out in that money.Review from Shane K

This company is charging my card monthly and we did not sign up for their services. Contacted customer service and asked to cancel whatever service it was for. Thought it was a done deal, but now I see they charged me the last two months again. Stop charging my credit card.Review from Kara I

I signed up for a trial of the BetterMe app and within the trial I decided it wasn't for me. I cancelled the autorenewal in their app, but was still charged a renewal fee about. a month after cancelling. I contacted them to let them know that something didn't go through to their system for my cancellation, and they didn't respond for over a month. Then when they did get back to me, they said that I didn't cancel (even though I did). I don't know if there's a bug in their app that they are ignoring or if they are doing this on purpose, but unfortunately it seems like the latter.Review from Blane C

tried to charge my debit card 4x under different entities within seconds of one another, wound up getting my card blocked. Support says they could only see (1) declined payment, but when I presented then with the evidence from my bank, they responded no furtherReview from Aimee M

Absolute worst experience. I canceled my trial and still continued to get charged and if you go to their instagram page you will see that this is a common occurrence. When you try to contact customer service you get no response besides an automated message. Its been over a week and no reply whatsoever.
