My "Love" aka (thank you) Note to Titan:

I'm in love with my new shower and bathroom. Sweet transformation. This is an answered prayer and I wish come true. Titan is my Super Hero! Travis is the Iron Man, Christine is Wonder Woman (even looks like her), Dave is Captain America, Erin is Princess Leia she is the nucleus that keeps things together and never gets tired of receiving calls from me.
I used to be someone who worries easily. Partnering up with Titan and being around these type of leaders even just for a few minutes is refreshing & healing. They tell me not to worry, they put me at ease. I have more faith knowing they have my back.

The moment when I noticed my downstairs ceiling started to leak from my upstairs shower,first thing I took action & called Travis and he literally had his team come over that day. Seeing the transformation in a short time was phenomenal. After tearing everything out down to the bones we discovered there was damage under the shower pan and the floor was about to fall through, we had to stop and reach out to the insurance for more support. Looking at the behind the scenes of the shower over weeks of waiting to hear back from the insurance was like a mind over matter way of being telling myself there's nothing wrong it's all going to work out...surprise it all came together and got resolved. I wasn't forgotten either.
I chose Titan in a heartbeat because I wished to eliminate stress and worry in my life, I knew I wanted to sleep peacefully at night and I was in good hands. They were the best choice for me.
They treated me like I mattered, they looked out for me, and I feel empowered now. They are a blessing and I am beyond grateful.
Titan Creates Miracles. They make it easy and effortless evening during the toughest moments when they went to battle fighting the good fight. Leaving my past behind and what was, I was looked forward to creating something magical and better.

The Titan Restoration company is very reliable compassionate *** extremely organized. I was impressed with the company as a whole, the team, ethics, high standards and ideals are above average. Choosing Titan to partner with to fix my damage was a wise decision. When something like this happens to my home it becomes a great disruption and added stress and concern. Titan has heart and expresses tremendous accountability and high level of faith and trust. They do things right the first time and by code. So I can get my home and life back to normal. This company is awesome and one of a kind. I acknowledge Titan Restoration for their integrity. The quality of professionals are extraordinary.

Dave who did the actual rebuild, he's very easily likable. He's not creepy & untrustworthy like some contractors I've come across. He's rare and very comfortable to have around. He became like an uncle our big brother. More importantly his work was so precise, perfect and clean and beautiful and fast job. I was blown away of his work. I miss having him around. Not to mention my French bulldog loved him. Gigi grew attached easily. She was bummed when he completed the job and left. Dave transformed my shower and bathroom, he's so easy to work with and communicate with. He has my best interest at heart, wise and can do anything and super creative. Thinks outside the box. It's rare to find people like Dave, Christine, Travis, Erin and anybody else a part of the team behind the scenes that was on damage control. No judgments towards me only good energy.

God forbid, I hope I never have any mishaps happen again, if I do... I have Titan's phone number saved under my favorites in my phone.
They put me at ease when I felt worried, helpless, discouraged. I'm so happy everything worked out. Safe and sound. I love my shower and bathroom it's a good start to creating a suite life for me.
