      DO NOT GO HERE!!! HE IS AN ABSOLUTE CROOK!!!. After coming home from a trip to Massachusetts my Jeep’s alternator was failing in my girlfriends parking lot. This was a problem I had two weeks prior. I had it repaired by a friend who is a manager and Mechanic for Monroe auto repair. He literally did it in 20 minutes. But the issue was it was it was a faulty manufacturer Part. But because I was stuck in the position I was without tools far from home and needing to be at work I called around trying to find somewhere close how could do it quickly. They told me they could get right at it but then they had it all day and never called me so I ended up calling them and they finally got back to me at 5 o’clock when they were closing and try to charge me close to $900 For an alternator that is $180 without the 60 dollar core refund that can be put in in a maximum of 30 minutes. In my driveway with basic handtools like I had done the first time. He then held my car hostage and made me pay him $140 to get my car towed out of there once I refused service. I had already told him it was a alternator issue. I have an onboard diagnostics programmer they told me so. He gave me a bill for a quote and some unexplainable part but he supposedly put in my car. I ended up having to call the police take an additional day off of work and then pay for a second tow. This man is an absolute crook and a liar he is untrustworthy and every sense of the word.

      This vehicle was towed in as per conversation on phone. We only charged a diagnostic fee which involved checking computer for codes and data parameter for electronic regulator built into computer. then check pinpoint voltages at regulator plug on alternator. My service manager always tells everyone we do not work for free. there would be a fee. We had numerous conversations with him during the day. We only use quality oem parts. It is not my fault his substandard alternator quit. It is my job to make sure it is what is wrong. We also charged battery to full voltage. When the officer paid us, he had shorted us 12.88 on his 132.88 bill. He was very aggressive and verbally abusive to my service writer and police officers. We have signs posted in our office, We charge a 60..00 minimum and our labor rate 114.98 per hour. When officer gave us the money it was only 120.00, I said forget it to officer. It wasn't worth more of a fight. I never go any where expecting anything for free. I pay for what I get. It is better off when to send someone like this somewhere else. I am sure this man does not work for free.
