Be careful. Their technicians are trained as salesmen . They will make you pay for unnecessary products or services. The installation of $200 UV light on Amazon cost me over a thousand dollars. When you call to discuss price over service they turn aggressive and dont care about client satisfaction.

They are more concerned about selling you everything instead of the issue. I was charged $443 for the tech to suck water from the pan and vacuum the drain line and poor a drain cleaner!!! I called to speak with a manager and she could have cared less. He service I got I found at another company for $49!!!! He didn’t have to take anything apart or anything complicated but because I am a single woman he decided to take advantage of the situation. She couldn’t even tell me why a cleaner would cost $300!! I am beyond upset and will never use them again. I will be contacting the owner because his manager didn’t even say well I could refund the $89 service fee nothing!! Disgusting to take advantage of me because I’m a woman!!! Do not use this company and he put in a pan treatment without me knowing and that was $53.

Very unprofessional on every level from technician to management! Every appointment I've made with company got overlooked and service technician always showed up to my house at WRONG date and time. Technician was suppose to count my air ducts and missed counting the ducts of my master bedroom somehow so tried to up-charge me on the day of service for 12 air ducts instead of 9 that was miscounted on the day of price estimating-- and tech was extremely RUDE and unapologetic about the error! The minute I questioned the miscount, he packed up and left! Tech was very rough with removal of vents to where some of the paint around vents now require retouching after vents were removed to prepare for the servicing. 1 vent actually broke in process, but although this vent was replaced, this speaks to the lack of skills and care taken by the tech to ensure my paint remained in the condition they were before. I called the company to inform management- Sofia of all my concerns. Now I'm just noticing my AC is actively leaking water after Premier's tech inspected and the company's management response is "we are no longer servicing your address"! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
