One Hour AC Technician ***** was On Time, Very Professional and Extremely Knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problems and affected temporary repairs. Permanent repairs will be completed next week. The issues were: improper installation settings of air handler. Return plenum build by One Hour AC requires repairs/replacement. Hi ******************, we have one client in our computer by this name but our last service date was July of 2018. Without your address we can't further investigate. You may have been service by a different One Hour Air location which is a franchise and are all independently owned and operated. Very good service. *** was on time and let me know he was on his way before he arrived. He was thorough and explained what he was looking for through each step of the way. I was very satisfied with Joes knowledge and professionalism. I think the cost of the service was on point as well.
