ZERO STARS if that were possible! DO NOT work with this company! They mislead you and give you faulty information!!Sales person ****** J met with us several times during the sales process. There were some other persons (scammers) in the mix, but ****** was the primary sales agent. We were mislead from the beginning and they made it sound so convincing. We were told we would be eligible for the tax credits for going solar. They lied. We are not. We were told it is easy to sell your home with the solar system. It easily transfers upon sale of your home. It does NOT. The solar price payments increases each and every year for 25 years, so if you have a fixed income it gets more difficult each year to make the payments (hence it is harder to sell your home)We have called the company to file a complaint, but not a word from ******** HAVE BEEN WARNED! If they come to your door, tell them no.

I am the listing agent of a property and we have a buyer who is getting their money from the sale of their property. Their property has solar panels and our escrow went from 45 days to almost 90 days and still no solar transfer. Their buyers are misplaced military people living in an ******,My listing is going to expire and my seller is texting me everyday wanting to cancel. Not sure what they are doing at Everbright, but if you have solar panels with them and you want to sell your home, best to get a 120 day escrow or pay the panels off, otherwise you will be in a big mess, and they just dont care! Ps 1 star was too much!

This company is a giant scam! They have locked me into a contract I didn't even sign. My ex-husband signed a contract with Everbright last year. I was not home and did not want solar panels. He signed for $100,000 dollars worth of solar panels, with a $350 dollar a month payment for 25 years. They also put a lien on our house without either of us knowing. They refuse to let us out of this contract, even though I never signed anything. They should not be able to put a lien on a house that two people purchased without BOTH signatures on the contract. We are in the process of trying to sell our house, but these panels have made that near impossible. No one wants to buy a $350,000 dollar home and also take on a $350 dollar a month payment for solar panels. These panels have hardly lowered our monthly electric bill. We now have one that is damaged from a recent hailstorm and Everbright has not bothered to come fix it. Everbright refuses to let us out of the contract. IF we are ever able to sell our house, we will lose 80 grand in equity because of the solar panels, and we will not make a dime on the sale of our house. This company should be shut down for illegal practices. They refuse to talk to me because they say I am "not an account holder", but they won't acknowledge that fact when I'm telling them I want out of this contract. This contract is for life, just know that if you sign a contract with them. It's like a signing a deal with the devil!

Everbright has scammed my grandmother who is 73 years old. Told her she got a senior citizen discount and only would be paying the bare minimum. Every month her bill is ****** $!!!!! I have filed complaints for fraud and have a reference number. Bbb is the next step and after I will be contacting the state General attorney to file complaint as well. She deserves a refund and all her money for being scammed into this product.

I have never in my life worked with a more incompetent and disrespectful company. The salesmen were pushy and I felt rushed into signing a contract. When I did read it, I tried to cancel within 24 hours of signing. The contract stated I had 10 days to cancel. I sent the cancellation form in the mail, I sent it via telegram, I communicated with 2 different online chat people from the company, and sent multiple emails to request cancellation. Each time I was assured it would be cancelled and it never was. I knew that if I did not keep checking I would be at fault after the 10 days. I FINALLY had someone cancel the account ONE WEEK after I started the process. I felt like this company was relying on their hope that I was not paying attention. The entire process was stressful and ridiculous and I will tell anyone I know that may be interested in solar to go not use Everbright. Very disappointing.

"I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. They provided me with a system that has never worked properly and has had multiple issues since the initial installation. When I call technical support, they are unable to resolve anything, and when I contact ********* seeking a solution, they do nothing and simply redirect me back to the technicians, who seem to lack the proper qualifications to fix any technical issues. I honestly dont know what else to do with this system, which costs me $427.00 per month and fails to deliver the energy I need."

PPA Solar program is a terrible decision. If they say there is no LIEN on your house they are lying. A ***-1 is a Lien. ***************** came to my house and sold me this program saying there was no lien and using ********* as a provider. Had terrible install and after all the headaches I contacted the representative that sold me this program and said he doesn't represent *********. I contact Everbrite and they tell me this is locked in for 25 years and there is a buyout??? The person that sold me this said nothing of a buyout when I asked. The ucc-1 is transferable if you sell the house and the buyers want the program. If they dont its on you to do the buyout. WARNING!! Hire a LAWYER TO EXPLAIN THESE CONTRACTS FROM Everbrite and ENLITE Solar in ****

The associate who talked my grandmother into going solar did not fully explain to her how it would work. He did not explain the true up, and after her first year she got a bill for $1,800. She doesn't even make that much from her social security check, and it takes everything she does get from month to month. Now she's stuck in a 25 year contract and the prices are only going to go up every year. She's having to suffer the hot months now because she can't use the ** as much as necessary, and she has had heatstroke in the past.EverBright is a garbage company that doesn't give a **** about its customers, only about making money, regardless of the fact they may have been taken advantage of. They are lousy criminal scum.

They are a scam. They told me my solar was free. I was in a chapter 13 bankruptcy when they put these panels on my home. I found out later when I tried to sell my home, that they had put a ******* solar lien on my home. Im a disabled senior on a fixed income. They first of all was supposed to get permission from my trustee before doing anything. I would have been denied automatically. Now theyve added more problems to my stressing me out. Ive asked them to remove the panels and they refuse to do so on top of cutting them off from the source. So Im basically stuck with solar panels I cant do anything with and being charged for it. This is absolutely unacceptable and wrong.
