We refunded ******************** card ending XXXXX1688 on 1/22/******** times totally $175.00 (see attached trace # ******, ****** & ******), additionally on 2-29-24 we refunded $85.00 (see attached trace # ******). There was one charge on card ending XXXXXX3588 that we could not refund because the card expired 12/23. We have issued a check #***** in the amount of ***** which he should receive via mail in the next week. We apologize for any delays incurred in issuing the refund(s) - we implemented a new EHR system in our practice and experienced some slight delays in being able to "issue" refunds electronically. I have also reached out and given **************** my direct number *************) in the event he feels there are any additional charges not yet refunded so that we can immediately look into any other concerns he may have.

Had been using Bone and Joint for cortisone shots for knee pain. Contacted them for a routine shot on 3/11/21. When I arrived at the office the receptionist said that the shot was too soon for my insurance to cover and I should reschedule. I did so and told them to apply the deductible I just paid to the new appointment. Bone and Joint then charged me via mail for the 3/11 appointment. This charge was not discussed during that appointment and I contacted Bone and Joint numerous times to resolve and speak with doctor. At one point they said they would remove the charge and for me to just pay the new charge for the appointment that was rescheduled to 4/8/21. I payed for that appointment on 5/12/21 ($176.60). Now on 5/28/21 I received a bill again from Bone and Joint for the 3/11 and 4/11 appointments ($299.63). This is fraudulent and I would like to make a formal compliant on them and not pay. Reviews of this company show they have a reputation for this type of behavior.
