            BBB unable to locate business
            A complaint has been placed with Scooter Factory USA... this is probably just another company of Duane Levandowski. I have lots of documentation on how they kept putting my delivery date off meanwhile my credit card could only give me a credit within ** days of the *delivery* date not the charge date. When you're told that they couldn't get the scooter in stock because of supply chain issues and then never fulfill their promise, you can't go back to the credit card company because too much time (years actually!) have passed since the payment was processed.

            I ordered an e-Runner from this company when Duane was the "owner". Now ***************** is the owner and his employee, *******, said that all items that were on the books at the time of the turnover were refunded. I never received a refund. I never received a scooter. Now I'm out $6K and have no options other than to file a complaint and hope other people read it. They are NOT a veteran-friendly or woman owned company as their website said. ******* seems to be the only employee they have and she apparently works from home. The only contact information she would give me was scooter factory *** @ gmail.com.
