I suggest you don't use these people!! They are stretched way to thin and are hiring cheap labor who don't know what they are doing. They cut corners on materials and you end up having to fix the work they do. We reached out to these people who touted a 5 star BBB rating after Hurricane Ian. It has been 15 months and we are still getting excuses and delays and he wants more money. I finally fired him for lousy workmanship and repeated delays. I'm out a lot of money and now have to do the finishing work myself. Don't get fooled!Review from Kristine D

Buyer beware! This company advertises they are BBB accredited and they are not, understandably so. Requested a 50% deposit on the job, we negotiated deposit down to 25%. After holding our money for over 2 month, never providing the service hired to do, they cancelled the job. At that point all communication stopped. Wouldn’t return calls, texts or respond to e mail. Luckily, we had paid through PayPal, who had to pull the money from 911 Roofing & Restoration’s account. Wayne was rude and argumentative and told me I would have to deal with PayPal and my credit card company to get our deposit back. I would not recommend this company. Unorganized to the max and over the top rude and hard to deal with.

***** and his team did an outstanding job working with our insurance company and cutting through the red tape to get our roof fixed. The insurance company was severely underestimating our repair costs and ***** stood up for us when we needed help. Thank you! Would highly recommend!Review from William J

911 Roof & Resurfacing in Venice, FL requires all repair estimated costs PAID IN Advance before work is done. They tell you this AFTER they come out and review repairs needed. Been in FL 17 yrs and never had a service Co ask for money until satisfactory work had been done! Looks like under funded company only 2 yrs old! Watch out!!

The way we can take GREAT care of our customers is to make sure we stay well funded by not chasing our funds after work is preformed. We always require a 50% deposit on any jobs that are not covered by insurance. William wanted us to preform repairs on a house he doesn't even own without ANY payment upfront. We always want to believe the best in people but we have been burned way too many times. We were very polite with William but ultimately had to tell him he may need to shop elsewhere if he can't live with our policy.Customer Response

This 911 co owner Wayne T***** is not telling the truth! Ar no time WHEN I initially called was I told a 50% deposit was required whicg he says us standard fr this co! Then the owner stated to pay the quoted amt 100%!! ALL UP FRONT!! Not 50%! I have lived in fl for over 17 yrs and NEVER have had a service co require ANY amount up front. I offered to compromise and put 50% down which i have never done! This owner Wayne T***** agreed! Then txt me bk a few min later and said he wanted 100% up front!! I offered local repair co who i had paid as agreed. He refused!
Collection costs are part of doing business. This 911 roof co. is only approx 2 yrs old and typically of new co. is apparently under funded and wants his CUSTOMERS to pay up front to give him $ to do jobs!
I clearly told Wayne the home owner was my ex wife which i regularily help with finances when I can. If Wayne was so worried about getting paid - put a lien on the property in question! THAT is how it is done!! NOT MAKE CUSTOMER PAY 100% OF A REPAIR JOB UP FRONT!!
