A shout out to Bowersox. I planned on replacing our 13 year old system ,before it died. I dealt with *******************, my salesman from Bowersox, and I was very impressed. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. His knowledge was very helpful in choosing the best system for us. The installation was done in one day. My installation techs, were ***** and *****. They were the BEST!! Everything was done perfectly and the two techs were very competent and polite. Clean up was first class. The entire project was flawless, and I would certainly recommend them anyone needing A/C work. P S I forgot to mention that the price and warranty was unbeatable. Trust me, I shopped!!!

Bowersox Heating and Air Conditioning in ******, **. What great service. We woke up this morning (Sunday) to no heat. Based on the great reviews I saw posted on ******* I called Bowersox. An answering service answered and promised to have a technician call me as soon as possible. Within about 15 mins, the technician called me (*******). He explained due to a shortage of techs, he was the only one on call and had several calls ahead of me. He promised to call when he got done with those. Within a couple of hours my doorbell rang. He got done sooner than he expected and came over to see if he could fix the problem. Based on what ** explained to him on the phone, hed swung by the shop to pick up the part he expected to need. It was the part he needed and within a short amount of time he had us up and running. He was quick, professional, friendly and took the time to answer some questions I had about our system. Assuming hes representative of all their technicians, they will be my first call if I have problems in the future. Im also going to sign up for their maintenance plan, as they seem like the type of company I want taking care of my heating/air conditioning system.

I would like to give a big thank you to Bowersox Air Conditioning in Venice. We were getting estimates to clean our air conditioning ducts. One estimate was $900.00. Bowersox sent over their manager, who could not be nicer. After examining our whole home, vents, and air conditioning unit, and explaining how everything worked, what was true and what was not in vent cleaning services, he said that we did not need any cleaning. He said that everything looked just fine. Now he spent a good half hour at our home. When I asked him what we owed him, he said "no charge". Wow, that is good customer service! I was very impressed and I wanted to share my experience and the name of this honest company. I hope it helps.

I am very happy with the service provided by Bowersox AC and Heating, LLC. Somert, their tech who came to our house today, was extremely knowledgeable. It's important to have a company you can totally depend upon - particularly in Florida when dealing with your AC. I want ours to be in tip top shape, and Bowersox is a company I can put my full trust in...THANK YOU, SOMERT, AND THANK YOU BOWERSOX AC!
