      Through their "DODIS" website, paid $50 for a Illuminati Talisman Necklace - Official Sterling Silver Edition May 27th Order ***** and I still have not received my order or even updated shipping information. Last time I received an update was when I placed my order saying it has been sent for processing. We're in July now and still nothing. I still receive promotion emails about whir products but I haven't receive a single answer back on my attempts to reach them. I also placed a $18 ($2 shipping) order September 25th 2019 Order ID: ***** for a Illuminati Talisman: Copper and same results. I also moved since then so that's a loss!! I'm highly disappointed. I have had orders before that I've received maybe a month later but this is now ridiculous. I need BBB help!

      I have place 4 orders over the past 3 years and made multiple attempts to contact this company. I did receive 1 order and gave the benefit of the doubt maybe a order was late and kept patient for a full year. Multiple emails were sent through the website contact method due to no customer service number or direct email that receive responses back by any customer service reps. I would like to have all orders fulfilled, but if it's not possible. A Full refund from the company will have to surfice and my future purchases for items relating to the illuminati will be done else where moving forward.

      I placed an order on JULY 20, 2021, amounted to $27.00 total for an "official" oath (piece of paper) and a silver talisman (necklace). It was a packaged deal, two items. After about a week and not receiving tracking information for my order I reached out, via email to understand what was going on with my order. I received only automated emails trying to sell me more things but no response to my inquiries about the order I'd already placed. I feel like the whole site is a SCAM and Ive asked for my money back, but get NO response ever. I've spoken to no one, I've received nothing in the mail. The order/tracking number given to me is ***********.

      On April 7, 2021 I ordered a illumination package which was to include a necklace and a application or form to fill out as an initiation package. It's been 3 months and I've sent numerous emails to the seller/company and have not received an order or email since. The order was $27.00 and I haven't received a response nor email since I paid them.

      I paid $27.00 for an over night order I never got a tracking number and it had been 3 weeks since I heard anything. This company robbed me of my money and time. Because I used my credit card, I am not able to get a refund and now have to pay more out of my pocket. I paid for over night shipping.
