      I did receive this 2 night hotel promotion. What I can conclude based on the peoples reviews is excuses from this company. In order to be in the safe side I will take apart this voucher.

      To whom it may concern,

      The 2-night hotel stay is a promotional travel offer that requires that all participants follow the terms and conditions as stated on the voucher. Unfortunately, when people do not follow the terms and conditions, they feel that we should bend the rules for them which we cannot do. Also, the offer is based upon availability but if there is no availability for the dates and/or destinations they requested we do ask or new dates and/or destinations. For those that follow the terms and conditions we are able to find availability for the majority of those requests.

      We went to a travel seminar and was given a voucher of several things to pick from for attending. We pick a 7 day Condo stay and mailed it off on 2/2/23. We were told on the flyer to allow up to 21 days to receive and it has been way past 21 days. We were also offered a voucher for airline tickets and when we went to book they asked for a lot of money to process, so was not worth trying to receive those. Not sure what to do about the condo offer.

      To whom it may concern,

      Ms. Hs' form requesting the 7 Night Condo Stay was received by us on 2/13/23. Her order was processed and mailed out to her at the below address on 2/24/23. We request on the order form that the customer includes a SASE with their order which Ms. H did not do. We ask for that so that the customers won't accidentally throw away the envelope with a return address that they do not recognize. This is likely what happened in this case. We will process another condo certificate to be sent out. Please ask Ms. H to allow up to 7-10 days to receive and to be on the lookout for a white envelope with a blue return address from Customer Choice Rewards

      I purchased a Rainbow vacuum at which time I was given a voucher for 2 nights and 3 days, free, and would not have to sit through a sales pitch. As instructed I sent my two choices for stays and my $54.75 for room guarantee and taxes. When agent called to schedule trip I was told neither date was available and of course no dates are available. She stated I could stay an extra night for additional cost and would need to go through sales pitch. THAT IS NOT WHAT WE WERE TOLD! I told the agent to just cancel and refund my money, she stated okay and that was that! This took place on 2/21/23 and as of 3/9/23 no refund has been made. I called today and spoke to an agent and was told I had to cancel in writing, which I was NOT told I had to do when I cancelled. She then stated she will refund my money today! If it sounds too good to be true it usually is! I would rather leave no star rating but it's required.

      ************ was not informed that there was no availability, she was informed that she did not follow the terms and conditions by requesting a travel date of 4/13/23 that is within 7 days before or after a major holiday which is not permitted and is clearly stated on the voucher. She was offered the opportunity to to travel during Easter week through the tour department which she declined and was informed that she could could email customer service to either request a refund or request a new request form to submit new dates that are within the guidelines of the promotional offer.  

      Also clearly stated on the voucher and required by ** Statute *******, all cancelations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. ************ called our office yesterday and was extremely aggressive, screaming at our staff member and would not allow the staff member to try to explain what the situation was.  However, a refund was processed yesterday.

      Since **** Marketing and Customer Choice Rewards did not do anything wrong, this negative review should not be published.

      I signed up for the promotion the brochure had and it required a $54 deposit and said I would receive an email within 48 hours. Well months went by and I never received an email. I called them and they said there was no availability for my dates. If I would pay more Money and sit through another presentation I could get a "free" 3rd night. No I don't want to keep picking dates. I want a full refund! 1 person told 30 days another said **** days. Hmm seems fishy. I just want my money back.

      We show in our system that ************ activated her voucher on 11/28/22, was emailed the reservation request form link on 11/28/22 and that they printed the form on 11/28/22. All promotional accommodations are based upon availability for the dates and destinations that the customer requests. In the event we do not have promotional accommodations available we do offer other options which the customers can accept or decline. They are then offered to either be sent a new request request new dates and/or destinations or they can request a full refund. ************ requested her refund 0n 1/25/23, it was sent to accounting for processing on 1/26/23 and it will be processed and credited back to her credit card today.

      Preposterous Maze of Obfuscation! I received a letter in the mail with the name "Tourism & Travel Show 2022" on the masthead. It cordially invited me to attend a "fun-filled travel and adventure showcase," and in exchange for attendance I'd receive "two complimentary round trip airline vouchers." My wife and I went, and suffered through two hours of bombast and exaggeration by a representative of a company the speaker identified as "RSI Vacations," "Lux Vacation Resorts," and/or "Avalon Resort." They wanted $13,000 for 10 years of their supposed fantastic travel agent services. We said, "No thanks, give us our voucher." I took the voucher, followed the overwrought instructions and rules, and mailed in the form to "Customer Choice Rewards" in Tarpon Springs, FL. Over 90 days later, I get my SASE back, and this time it contains a voucher from an organization named "Vacation Advisor." This voucher requires me to send $100 (money order or cashier check only) with yet another Activation Form/Voucher. It also stipulates that we are responsible for a "reservation processing fee of $75 per person." Its terms and conditions are ridiculously extensive, to the point where it's become obvious that very few people would or could continue to climb down this rabbit hole. The limitations and rules and timelines are beyond reason. In particular, the flight needs to be from a "major airport," and I just discovered that for me, that's 240 miles away. The list does not include Tulsa, Little Rock, or NW Arkansas airports, which, quite frankly, it should. Now, here on the BBB site, I discover the organization name is "Gunn Marketing Group." In three short interactions, this entity has changed its name at least four times! Who are these people?! Even if Vacation Advisor is "licensed, bonded, and insured," it's still a fly-by-night, shady enterprise. I can smell a scam when I see one. This entire experience has been a con job. Luckily, I only out about three hours and one stamp from it.

      Customer Choice Rewards is simply a mailing and fulfilment center. Companies hire us to inventory the offers that they use in their marketing and then mail them out to their customers. We have nothing to do with any of the marketing materials, mailings, sales presentations or any other aspect of their business. We have received numerous complaints from LUX customers and have canceled their contract with us and are no longer doing business with them.

      We sent $100.00 as instructed to activate a voucher for free hotel and airfare which we are informed are refundable. We tried to contact their affiliate company as indicated the Vacation Advisor of New Smyrna Beach FL to request for refund. Nobody would answer the phone nor emails. Either these companies are nonexistent or scammers.

      To whom it may concern,Vacation Advisor is a licensed, bonded and insured seller of travel and travel agency that has been in business for over 30 years. We are not sure why you were not able to reach them by phone as they have an automated voicemail system and directory and have agents answering the phones during their normal business hours. Gunn Marketing Group is open during normal business hours and answering our phones. If you would have simply contacted us we would have been glad to assist you.

      We called several times around February or March this year because we have some questions to the number provided ************** and left messages with contact information, no return call. We sent emails to *********************** as what they provided, to be precise on April 1, 2022, May 12, 2022, June 22, 2022, no replies. As stated, they provided these contact information and we contacted them several times by phone and emails. We dont know why theyre implying that we didnt contact them or unable to contact them. This was deliberately ignored because we are asking questions and refund. We dont know how this company existed for more than 30 years as claimed. They have the worst customer service proven by us and almost all bad reviews and complaints that you read here.

So, I disputed the charge with my bank saying I never received the services paid for. A couple of days after that, I got a call from them. They gave me a probably ** story saying that they were having problems sending emails to Yahoo accounts. They asked me to reverse the charge again with the bank but at this point I realized what kind of business this was and decided that I did not wish to proceed. Two months later I see that the charge was added back to my card.
      This company had the audacity to write a letter to my bank to get the deposit back, all over $54. Within the letter was blatant lies about our conversation. It mentioned that I said I would like their offer to be reactivated. This was false. The letter also said that I claimed I never received the email. Well guess what. I STILL NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL! As of now I am trying to reach them but doubt anything will come of it.
      The bank said that I could dispute again but it would have to be in writing. Sorry but I have more important things to do with my time than write a letter disputing $54. But, apparently this company doesn't. It just proves the type of scam they are running.

      This customer activated their promotional travel offer on our website during our beta-launch period. We unfortunately experienced a glitch in the processing where some customers like Mr. ******* didn't receive their reservation request form due to certain personal email servers (yahoo in this case) not delivering our email due to a security concern with a link included in the email. Our first notification that Mr. ******* had encountered an issue was when we received a dispute from his bank. He was contacted at that time and advised how to rectify the issue but he declined. The bank has now settled his dispute in our favor, we have spoken to Mr. ******* again today and are handling his concerns. We regret that the error occurred but can only rectify problems when we are notified.

      This response is hilarious. It's all smoke and mirrors. BTW, the bank only "settled" on their favor because they sent a letter to them containing nothing but lies and did it without my knowledge. The bank said that I would have to do the same thing to counter the claim. Honestly, I have more important things to do. At this point, calling out all of the BS to this scheme is more important to me so I played the game.

      I did get a call weeks later saying that there were no options for my first choice. And btw, the choices are minimal. When I asked to change the date for when an option opens up for our desired location, they said they call back. Well I haven't heard back in two weeks.

      Don't waste your time with this! Book your own room. Go where you want when you want. They'll probably put in a motel 6 anyway.

      Please take my money and don't bother me again!

      Despite the bank's rare settlement in our favor, as they typically side with the customer, we have issued a refund to your credit card. No smoke and mirrors here, our agent was still working on your request for travel for your second date as advised. However, since you are no longer interested, we have cancelled and refunded your offer.

You requested dates that are before or after a major holiday which is prohibited.       That most certainly was not what I was offered but I definitely suggest you do process the refund immediately. Additionally no where in the information I was given did it say this was timeshare **** that we would have to waste our time listening to with two small children. I bought a $3000 vacuum to supposedly receive this so you'll have to excuse me if I find it ridiculous. This was very misleading and we were not given full disclosure until after you received our money. Pretty convenient and very poor business skills. Clearly this is a common response though seeing as how there is NO phone number listed on the website to contact anyone.

      The vouchers clearly state the terms and conditions on them for you to read prior to activating the offer. All participants are required to follow the terms and instructions. The offer clearly states that you may not request dates that are within 7 days before or after a major holiday. You requested 11/14/21 which is within seven days of Veterans Day on 11/11/21. You did not follow the rules. Therefore, rather than just simply cancelling your offer, you were offered to resubmit news dates that follow the rules, consider an option for a complimentary three night stay and upgraded accommodations for attending a presentation, or, requesting a full refund.

      We have these rules for very specific and good reasons and must enforce that everyone adhere to them.

      You're not even addressing my responses, you are just spitting out robotic sounding, scripted responses that don't even correlate. I gave two dates and two destinations as requested so that if an issue occurred there was a back up, we were not informed of an issue or error until after you conveniently deposited our check with no error or issue. We were not aware this was timeshare ****, we were in fact told specifically it was not by the representative that issued these certificates. We were not offered any other opportunities when the "error" was discussed, I was instead asked questions about our family and financial standings which I was not comfortable answering because a "hotel" wouldn't need our annual income information. This is a scam no matter how you spin this, you as the "business" are in the wrong. I'll be looking for my prompt refund in full. I will also be warning everyone I personally know that received one of your certificates.

      This offer is registered with, and approved by, the state of Florida. Both travel dates requested must fall within the terms and conditions. You did not follow the terms and conditions. In an attempt to still offer you travel, you were offered options that you chose not to accept. Therefore, we are processing your refund. Again, the very clear instructions are included in the voucher. We have thousands of very happy travelers that have taken advantage of our offers over our over 11 years in business that followed the terms and conditions.

      Well it started by entering to win a ranger at the mall. I had to go to a time share like meeting which was sponsored by ****************, a well known company in MN. Then I was told that I would be given a free two night vacation with a list of places to go. I had to send money twice including room taxes. My experience is similar to other reviews. They spelled my daughters last name wrong and we sent in our two dates. I called them to follow up at it was within 30 days of requested travel time. I was called back on Monday and informed that since we chose two travel dates within 30 days of one another, the offer is denied. He started out by telling me he could give me four days all inclusive and some sponsor would pay the excess, however, since I wasnt married and traveling with my daughter that was a problem. I just asked for a refund. If you cant get me a room in Vegas or Cancun for two nights, I sure can do it myself as I have already been looking online. My daughters birthday will continue to be celebrated with a mother daughter trip and I would not suggest trying to book a vacation through this agency. All the stories are the same, friendly representative though.
