My job was completed a long time ago and I still have no trim in my sliding glass door. The manager **** promised to have them installed and never made it happen before he quit the company. I have been in contact with the owner **** in the last few months, but he never followed through either. I just want this resolved. I will close this complaint satisfied if that is followed through on and I get the warranty information for my windows and sliding glass door because in the future I may need to contact them regarding warranty issues. I know that the owners were both having some health issues, but I paid! And I had a lot of patience with all the issues I experienced. Please reach out to me. Thank you

I was a participant in the My Safe Florida program and had Coastal Green come out to provide an estimate on 4-20-2024. We signed the contract for changing out about 12 windows to hurricane proof ones. I had planned to sign up for their financing so no $ was exchanged at that time. In May, **** came out to take measurements and get the windows ordered. Starting in August, I had been calling the Coast Green Energy headquarters phone number based in ***** and it was "out of service." I continued to call and then it just rang and rang with no answer. I found a cell phone number for Saesha and left several messages. She would text me back letting me know that she was on the phone and would be calling me back.....but I never heard from her. When I did get ahold of her in November, she said there was a problem with my financing and the manufacturer. She said I never completed the Medallion application and I clarified with her that I was not financing and would instead pay cash. She said, well then we can get your windows 'on the truck' and schedule an install. I never heard back from her despite texts, phone calls, etc. So at this point I don't know if I have windows or no windows. I have never had a professional business be so unresponsive without any concern for the customer. As I was submitting this complaint, I see now that there are 2 alerts against ****** and company. Accreditation issues AND bankruptcy. Guess that explains the lack of contact.

Coastal Green Energy solutions, LLC was hired to remove old windows (27+) and replace them with new Hurricane Impact windows on May 16, 2023. I also ordered a large window for overhead my front door (special order). The window install date we agreed on was Dec.11,2023. The windows were installed in a few days but not completed. I tried to stay in contact with "Saesha" (the president) of the company to communicate our concerns regarding the windows. 1) the screens started popping off all the windows 2) the trim on ALL the windows is lifting and coming off 3) Another problem is the upstairs verandas soffitts were removed by one of Coastal greens workers. They were replaced by **** North when i was not in ***. It was nothing less than extremely "shoddy" work as they now are hanging off the area they are supposed to cover. 4) front door is not complete. It requires the "trim" on the perimeter of the door and the studs(screw caps)5) the little s**** caps are required on the front door and ALL the windows and doors to cover the screws.6) when the workers were installing the large window overhead my front door they broke the tile on my front stoop. Someone came by when i was not here and removed the broken tile but did not put the thinset to secure the new tile...and left the spacers in place.7) we also would like the stickers removed from all the windows and doors and clean them as promised. I have pictures of everything if needed. 8) the peephole on the front door has tarnished I would like it replaced. 9) the two garage walk through doors are stained with black dots that I was unable to remove with several different cleaners. I want them replaced. When Saesha finally answered my text she said all would be taken care of on Dec.6,2024 or the 9th. Those dates have come and gone. **** North texts me and says they are slammed with work.I can not get a definitive plan from either one of them to complete the job they were paid for. I have 36 pictures to post.

signed contract for window and door replacement 06-06-23. Measurements were taken along with a $7500.00 deposit. We told several times windows were delayed in manufacturing. Since august I have called and emailed to reach someone to determined the status of my order. The number is out of service and the emails and texts were not answered. Will be filing small claims in *************** this week. I have a picture of the check and the order forms.

I signed a contract with Coastal Green Energy Solutions on 6/24/24 for a set of sliding glass doors and 1 bedroom window. I put a 50% deposit down of $4834.00 with an estimated time of 3 months for the windows to be manufactured and installed. I have a remaining balance of $4833 due at installation. The CEO, ****, reached out to me via text on 10/20/24 at 7:01pm stating "the windows should be in early the week after next and we will schedule install." He apologized for the delay at that time as well. I responded I understood due to the storms and to let me know when he was ready to schedule the install. I reached back out on 10/30/24 at 2:26pm asking for an update. He stated "they're scheduled in next week and then we can immediately schedule install". I apologized for getting the timing wrong and he stated I was correct it just got pushed a little but that they had spoken with to the manufacturer and they were loaded yesterday. I reached out again on 11/14/24 stating I was concerned and a little frustrated that the windows were not in yet and the contract date was 6/24/24 as we were going on 5 months. I received no response via text. I also called the phone number on the contract (same number I was being texted from) and the line would just hang up with no answer. I have tried several times to reach out via phone and text and e-mailed once yesterday, 11/18/24, with no response. I would simply like the windows installed and to be able to pay my balance once this is completed. I am unable to communicate with the company as no one answers the phones, responds to text or e-mails. I have placed a large amount of money down with no product to show for it. If the company cannot complete the job in a timely manner, I would like a full refund immediately.

On 6/25/24 I contracted with Saesha North, owner of Coastal Green Energy Solutions for 8 Hurricane windows for a total cost of $10,000. I gave them a $5,000 deposit (via credit card payment) which posted on my credit card account on 6/27. I was told it would take less than 3 months to be delivered and installed. On 6/26 Saesha's father came to my home to take detailed window measurements. Three months later, I had not heard from this business so beginning on 9/25 and continuing ever since I have made repeated attempts to contact the business via phone without anyone answering. There is no option to leave a message. I've emailed the business and received no response. I've called the owner's personal phone number. There has been no answer and after I've left messages there has been no return call. I've texted to her personal phone and there had been no response. I filed a BBB complaint on 10/18 and "coincidently" I received a text on 10/20 from Saesha saying the windows were being delivered at the end of the week and I would be set up for install after they were received. I then withdrew my BBB complaint on 10/21 and as of 11/12 have not heard back from her. I have since been told she failed to pay the manufacturer for the windows. So it looks to me like she walked away with my $5,000.

Trim around windows is warped and buckled allowing gaps that cause water behind trim. They came out Oct. 19, 2023 after about 20 calls from us and looked at it and said it would be ok then after adjustment. It is 10 times worse. We came back to our townhome Sept. 17, 2024 and have been trying to get in touch with them. We have paid a lot of money for this job and they do not care. We hope to resolve without going to court. They know the job is wrong. Two other window companies have said this job is not correct and WE WILL HAVE WATER LEAKS. I think their rating should be less than a 1.

I have been working with this company for 6months to install and finalize my replacement windows. My home was burglarized and upon contacting them I had no windows since they are all boarded up to hinder access. I was thrilled when I learned of Coastal Greens company to help replace all of the windows in my home. They were communicative, very kind, and eager to get a staffer out for measurements and contract signing in February. Their staff was great about following up for any questions and information needed. They were understanding to my situation and committed to helping with this urgent situation. Since May, its been like pulling teeth to reach anyone from their team by phone; the office phone rings once and says youve reached them after business hours no matter what time of day you call; I even showed up in person to their offices and after waiting 10 minutes was told they couldnt do anything and would need to wait for a call. The windows were supposed to be delivered and installed in March because my home has been untenable since January. I am THOROUGHLY disappointed in their services and will not recommend them to anyone looking for window replacements. Its gotten even worse since installation to finalize permitting. Theyre uncommunicative and it makes scheduling a nightmare.

We understand your frustrations after the crime that was committed at your property. In response to your hardship from the crime, we were thrilled to be able to get you an incredible discount on your project and then connected you with a finance company for the job. There are guidelines that have to be followed for ordering of the windows and unfortunately those are out of our control- there was a delay in connecting with you as we attempted multiple times as well as the finance company to have documents signed to be able to order the windows for your project. Once that was finally completed- the windows were ordered, and the project was ready for installation. We have since installed the windows back in June and then experienced again issues with communication with you as we attempted multiple times to get your project inspected and have had to reschedule the job for the county multiple times with no one being at the residence for final inspection. As I understand your frustrations with all due respect, there seems to have been breakdowns in communication on both sides since the beginning for that and it has caused delays. The windows have been installed and are beautiful. Again, we apologize for the crossed lines in communication and will take that under advisement in better efforts for the future with customers. We appreciate your business,

I was contacted by Coastal Green Energy Solutions as the result of an online request I placed for new windows for my home. After informing us that the cost of the project would be in excess of $31k, my wife and I explained to their sales rep that we had funds from the insurance company to cover part of the expense of the windows as they were damaged during hurricane *** and that the only way we could afford the windows would be if the monthly payment did not exceed $150. The sales rep contacted his office and then told us he had authorization to reduce the cost of the project to approximately $28,800 and that with the amount we told him we had as a down payment this would make our payment the $150 we required. The sales rep declined our offer to place the down payment until the time of install but that the company would not order the materials until we signed a contract with them. I receive an emailed financial contract from ************** (the financial institution that Coastal Green utilizes for their transactions). I signed all of the documents and when installation time arrived, no one contacted me regarding the $13k down payment we had reserved for this project. I have since made two monthly payments in the amount of $339 to protect my credit standing. Medallion states they do not refinance deals and that even giving them the funds we have for down payment that our monthly payment would not change. I have made multiple calls to Coastal Green and have been promised one of the owners would return my call on approximately 5 occasions but they have failed to do so as of this date. Two of their employees have informed me that they are unable to do anything to help me. I am seeking Coastal Green to satisfy the debt with ************** and start with a fresh contract and accept the funds I have for a down payment as this is the only way that ************** can perform a reamortization of the loan so that we may afford the payments.

    Business Response

Although we understand your frustration-there was clear communication upon initial contact with you in your home on the process of the project and how deposits/payments/financing takes place. On initial visit- it was stated that you would be receiving the monies from your insurance company for a claim however at that time did NOT have the funds. At no time would Coastal Green not have taken a deposit of $13k for you to submit for less financing to ensure the $150/month payment had you had the funds. When the contract was written there was a phone call placed by the rep to the owner of the company to explain to you and your family how the process would work and what you needed to do to ensure that the financing would be lowered to achieve such payment. It was explained that you had up until the day of installation to pay the monies to Coastal Green so that the change could be submitted to the finance company for a lower loan amount. You agreed however there was never a payment made. On the day of completion of installation- the installer called to the office about the financing and when we spoke with you and questioned the cash monies that you stated you wanted to pay- you responded with run the financing as it was. Still no monies paid to lower the payment. You were emailed documents from the financing company to sign for completion with the numbers and explanation of the loan and payments and at no time did you contact the office asking for assistance to change the plan/payment or to make a cash payment to lower the loan. 2 months after the completion of the project is when we received a call from you wanting to pay the $13k and having the loan changed which is out of Coastal Green abilities as your financing terms are with the finance company and we do not have authority to take your payment and change terms. Again why the importance was expressed to you in the house on signing of the contract for the payment to be made before the installation- making you aware that we couldn't help you once the installation was completed. At this point in time there is nothing that Coastal Green can do for you with ************** and sympathize with your situation completely wishing that those funds would have been available prior to the installation.
