On Tuesday September 14 my 1 yo dog was vomiting. We called and Madison at the front desk said to bring her in now or wait for 1:30 appointment. We opted to bring her in now. I signed an estimate for around $650.00. They said that my dog needed to stay overnight, and did not inform us a price difference. When we picked her up the next day they charged us over $1200.00, no warning at all. My dog did not need to stay overnight. We attempted to rectify things with Allyson C. The office manager who proceeded to lie about conversations with my husband. All I wanted was a refund for the difference of the estimate and what was charged.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/21) */ We have done everything in our power to please our client, ****** *. We have refunded her credit card as there was a cost miscommunication of $434.00. Since our hospital staff was mistreated/yelled at by the client's husband, we have sent all 5 pet's records to the hospital of their choosing.
