      I have purchased three vehicles from this business. All three required major repairs within the first few months. The third vehicle which was purchased a few months ago is the last vehicle I will purchase from this business. I still have yet to receive the title after requesting it many many times to be mailed to me. I also had an immediate repair to the vehicle that was supposed to be taken care of by the dealership. I requested the $450 reimbursement for the repair that I had to pay out-of-pocket for a repair I was promised would be completed before I took ownership of the vehicle. I have contacted this gentleman who owns the business many many many many many times and he has yet to send me the title and the check. I need to get the title to the vehicle because I would like to sell the vehicle because there is already another problem with it. I do not know how to get this gentleman to send me the title and reimburse me for the cost of the repair and I have tried to telephone calls and emails and he still has not sent me these items after months of requesting them.

Yes we have sold this client three Vehicles, and up until recently thought we had a very good working and personal relationship with this client. I like to believe that we develop a friendship with each of our clients as well as a business relationship. The repair that was referenced was leaking valve cover gaskets which we in fact have receipts for performing that repair prior to their Purchase of this 3rd vehicle, I also have provided this client with copies of the check stub to a $451 check refund written and Mailed to the client's P.O. box....further I have communicated by text which has been their choice of communication that I would gladly Issue a new check for the amount of $451 if they would retrieve it in person at my office or provide me with a Mailing address other than a P.O. Box such that it could be signed for. Please note that when this client experienced the problem with the valve cover gaskets leaking ,they did not call or advise us of this issue until after paying another repair shop to fix it, and in most cases we would have corrected it promptly upon receiving a complaint especially on an issue on a problem which we had previously repaired. In reference the title to this client's vehicle, it was properly registered with the State of Florida and per our research was printed and mailed to the client by the State of Florida....and we would assist her in contacting the State of Florida DMV or They can visit the DMV office near them and request a duplicate or a Title Search. If the BBB would like us to deliver the $451 reimbursement check to them for delivery to this Client we can do that as well. We have no argument or issues with this client and would gladly resolve this matter as we have previous offered. I was told by this gentleman that he was in receipt of the title to the vehicle and that he would be mailing it to me. There was never at any time any information given to me that I must request this title from the state of Florida. I will not provide this gentleman with a physical address because I question my safety. I have given them the address to my PO Box many times and he has refused to send it to the PO Box because he is trying to find my physical address. Again I will not be providing a physical address to this gentleman because I do not trust him. He has made several attempts to find my physical address and I have refused each time. The Check is to be sent to the PO Box address that I have given him multiple times. Box shown on their registration. If they in fact have not received the title from the State they will need to visit with their DMV and the DMV will confirm what we are stating and they will print them a duplicate title for a normal fee. As for wishing any harm or ill will towards this client, we do not, I can provide you verbatim copies of all communications from us to this client and you will see there has been no malice or bad intentions on our part. Within the next few days we will issue a 2nd $451.00 check to this Client and Mail it certified mail to their P.O. Box which was provided to us at time of purchase requiring a Signature Upon receipt.
