      I asked for a Carfax was the car at ******* accident it said no I found out the car was in an accident and they ****** the car I asked him did they know about the car been in an accident they said no I asked him they please put me in another car and I reimburse whatever for another car that haven't been in it any issues or accident they said no I asked for a refund back they said no I asked him to reimburse me some of the money back since the car been in an accident they said no the car has been having issues since I had it I was not granted anything that he said he was going to take care of he never changed the oil change the filter he never did anything he said he was going to do he never fixed the hood of the car he never gave me my warranty he promised me he was going to give me after he had the car for a day for inspections he told me he would take care of the car and never did I end up taking it to the ***** dealership and two other mechanics and they all told me the issue of the car I have a video from ***** dealership what's going on with the car detail by detail I have paperwork receipts and pictures what's been going on with this car I just wanted a car that is reliable transportation and I was not granted that I would like a refund of my money back at this point

      Good afternoon the reason we did not provide carfax is because we do not carry carfax, however i took it upon my self and paid for one just to show you the vehicles history which clearly states NO ACCIDENTS. All of our vehicles are serviced and maintained before selling them. We understand you may have some buyers remorse and we would be  more than happy to get you in another vehicle of your choice however please do not accuse us of false statements as we pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and it is our number one goal.This particulare vehicle was fully serviced , fully road ready and  as you can see there is a clean history report. we hope this clears things up for you and look forward in keeping a good business relationship with you please let us know when you would like to come in thank you

      This company lied to me about so many things before purchase. Charging the *** fixing the left back drivers side brakes light, and changing the two front tires, which the light kept blinking before I made a purchase. **************************** and *******. I would call and text these two for a whole week with no respond so I took the car back and told him I did not want it because he lied about to many things. ******** told me okay, come back the following Thursday and they would fix everything and I went back again just to get the run around. I emailed them the review from ****** and they totally ignored me. I told him again to cancel everything since you lied about what you were going to do once I gave them a 5000 deposit with nothing in return. The deal was shady all the way around because the paperwork was done and signed without me signing anything. **** told me he sign everything it was done and approved just give him the money. I had to chase him in the email to get a copy of the paperwork. He told me the warranty would be for 2 years or ******* miles. **** I finally got the email I saw that was a lie. And they would not take the car back. Every time I called they would just hang up or just be rude especially ********. The car had so many issues. And after driving 2 and a half hours to ***** in two weeks I just gave up.I really want my money back, Because the car has close to 7000 dollars in fixing going by ****** Cadillac car inspection which cost me almost ****** because secure one would cover the ac charge or fixing a bad relay which cause the car not to start with the remote. And ***** knew about this. Because I was told if you unhook the battery it would take about 50 miles before the situation comes back. *******************************************************************************

      I am rejecting this response because:

      You guys promised me before I purchase the car that if I leave the car there in ***** on June 7 with a deposit, come back on June 8th.  And you will have the ac charged.  Have the tires fixed because the indicator light was on saying that the tire did not have any air in it.  Also the back brake lights on the drivers side was out.  So I dove back to  ********************** Came back the next day and nothing was done.  They apologize and told me their mechanic was not available to bring it back next week.  Which I did.   Got the same response the Mechanic quit this time.  So use my warranty to fix it.  I told them I didn't want the car anymore because of all the lies.  They said too bad all H343*3435373935333431H ate final and to use my warranty.  I drove by to Orlando * hours again.  Contact Secure one about the warranty.  Then I took the car to ******.  ****** called secure one who informed ****** that none of these do the warranty covers.  Also the relay that was put in the car was wrong so the car cannot start with the remote.   I was informed that the dealership reset the battery and after so many miles their the problem reappeared.  Which seemed about right.  Because after * round trip to ***** with no accomplishment and about * to three weeks driving to work the engine light came on.  And I could not start the car with the remote.  I informed C & J who told me its not a big deal bring the car and they would fix it.  I took the car a week later just for them to tell me they cant do anything about it.   They sold me on that they stand by their customers with doing right by them,  But they failed me.   And if I had  to do it over again I would never go back to them.  And I would not recommend them to anyone.  Especially after putting ****** down.  They treated me like I did not matter.   I would call and they would hang up on me,  dont answer the phone be rude and then say they're going to do something and just never respond back to me in no way shame or form... I am very very regretful about this deal..  I would never never recommend them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from this Dealership; on January 3rd they received a GEICO insurance notification that I was not insured by them anymore and that I had a grace of time to restart the policy until January the 12th, I was diagnosed with COVID-19 on January/03/2022 On St Joseph Hospital; I told my spouse to make 2 payments due on January/04/2022 ; I didn't have no payments over due or due; I purchased another insurance Policy on December 31st of 2021 ( that means that I had 2 policy's insurance overlapping coverage) GEICO insurance & Progressive insurance at the same time( I NEVER BROKE THE CONTRACT THAT I SIGNED) On Sunday January 16 2022 a Tow truck company show up in my house and start hooking up a 2013 GLK 350 Mercedes Benz to the truck ; I asked for a explanation ; The tow guy Ken H. Recovery that I failed to make payments and that I had a 🚨REPO🚨 My jaw dropped; I was like what are you talking about???? I felt like I was in the twilight zone because I didn't have no payments behind and I was insured too! The guy was humiliating me and mocking me and my spouse. I asked why I'm getting repo if I don't own any money; he stated that I do; I asked for a repo paperwork that states that I owed them money; he just show me on his flimsy small phone screen the contract that I signed back in August 27 of 2021. No paperwork of repo. I called the sheriff I show all my receipts of all my payments paid on time. The sherriff just told me that this situation was a civil matter; I explain that this was a criminal matter because is a total SCAM; I'm not supposed to have a Repo because they claim I didn't have insurance; they NEVER CALLED TO ASK FOR PROOF OF INSURANCE. I went to solve this with the business owner ****** he told me to get out of the dealership ASAP or they will call the police for trespassing. They are committing a FULL FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION because they told I have to pay over $15,000 to get (full amount) the vehicle back.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/25) */ Good morning, here at C & J Auto Sales our repossession percentage is extremely low as we only repo as a last resort. On 1/5/22 we received a termination letter from geico saying they will no longer provide coverage as of 1/12/22 on her vehicle, at which time we started trying to contact Ms. ********, leaving messages and texts. However we were unable to speak to her. We continued calling even after the insurance lapse without any luck at which point we were left without an option and had to pick up the vehicle. Please note that upon repossession the car was also late in payments however more importantely to our knowledge the car was not insured. Please note that once the car was repoed, Ms ******** and her friend came to our dealership with offensive and threatening behavior at such point that a police officer was going to arrest her and we declined to press charges. The following day they returned to our business and continued threatening our staff and using horrible profanity towards them. So much that we were forced to call the police dept and when she noticed this they left, but not without again threatening our secretary if she saw her in the street she would use violence towards her,Please note that all this was captured on video. After this ordeal our secretary is in fear leaving the dealership by herself. These are the reasons why we told Ms. ******** we will no longer provide financing for her and she will have the time provided by law to payoff her vehicle to us. REASONS OF WHY I DO NOT AGREE (75% of their statement is a PURE LIE) The only 25% TRUE FACTS IS THAT WE TRIED WITH RESPECT AND DILIGENCE TO SOLVE THIS MATTER IN A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR BOTH PARTIES BUT THEY JUST ABUSING OF THE POWER OF BEEN THE LIEN HOLDER. I was overlapping insurance (GEICO & PROGRESSIVE) The car was not Behind any payments. No payment due or behind My FIANCÉE MADE 2 car payments IN PERSON on JANUARY/4/2022 And he ask over 3 TIMES to Sales man Fernando; BESIDES MAKING THE PAYMENTS CASH IF THERES ANY OTHER ISSUES OR PAYMENTS PENDING ( like new insurance verification) ? C & J FAIL IN ALL WAYS TO NOTIFY ME ( THEY NEVER DID) not even once. I NEVER THREATENED NOBODY I called the police the first time; not them ; Second time I wasn't not even there. The SECRETARY IS THE HEADMASTER OF THIS ORDEAL LOW DIRTY SCAM This is not my first purchase with them. ( I always payoff my vehicles financed) I was sick with COVID-19 AND MY FIANCÉ ALWAYS ANSWERING ALL CALLS TEXT 24/7 because we have a Limousine Service Business 24/7 ( While I was in the hospital VERY SICK he was answering All calls , texts & EMAILS) In my cellphone. Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2022/04/13) */ This response was taken verbally by BBB: The only insurance we were aware of of time of repossession had been cancelled and although it is not required we tried to reach out to the consumer a few times NOT ONLY for the insurance but also because she was behind in payments, however was never able to reach her and she never contacted us until after the repo. Covid was not an excuse to not keep valid insurance at all times and current payments & to keep us informed if there were any changes. Due to the her behavior & having to get police involved there is nothing further we would do. She was late on payments and had invalid insurance so repossession was completed.
