      I came to this dealer ship with 3000 dollars they sold me a vehicle that was completely messed up axels bad breaks shot out and A/c broken also the driver seat is broken as well they told me they would fix it now its been months and they wont do nothing now they get mad and threatened me to repo my car these people are scamming people this is not fair at all

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/07) */ Ms. ******* purchased her vehicle from us on Dec. 2, 2021 (over 7 months ago) on a strictly as-is basis with no promised repairs and no complaints. She was offered a "peace of mind" 3 month warranty and she "declined" and signed a denial of warranty form. We know of no complaints from her as to her supposed numerous issues and feel she is only making this complaint in response to our call to her regarding a pending insurance cancellation letter which she got very very upset over and threatened and cussed us out on June 4th. In conclusion, Ms. ******* bought a strictly "AS IS" vehicle from us over 7 months ago and denied purchasing a very reasonable ($239) warranty and we have had no notices from her of any issues up until she filed this complaint. She had all the opportunity she needed to test drive and inspect the vehicle and did so with no complaints or promised repairs. We have numerous signed documents to attest to all of our claims. That is not true when I purchased the car I told the guy while the salesman what was wrong and what I seen with the car he wrote it in my paperwork when I bought the car that they would fix the AC and they would fix the seat of the car because he doesn't go up for me to be able to drive the car comfortable at least it is in the paperwork he wrote it in the paperwork that I signed why did I need to purchase a $239 plan when they promised me they would fix it and they would reach out to me when the guy was there to fix it they never reached out to me every time I called the guy said he wasn't there so I left it alone because they told me they would reach out to me when he did come back he did just recently reach out to me about an insurance lapse but there is no insurance lapse and I also told them that they can contact my insurance company as well and my insurance company will let them know that there is no insurance left I also reached out to my insurance company who stated the same thing there is no labs insurance is caught up and has never been lapsed since I purchased a car from them there has been nothing but issues anytime I call up there about something they get very angry with me they have very very bad reviews that I didn't look at until just recently when another young lady that purchased a car from them well try to purchase a car from them told me that I've really made the wrong decision purchasing a car from them because they are very rude and they do not go off of the word that they give you Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/06/11) */ In response let us state once again that Ms. ******* signed and received a "notice of promised repairs" printout that stated No Repairs. Any work that was done for her after her purchase was as an act of goodwill and was not required or contracted. Beyond that her vehicle was sold strictly "AS IS" as proven by over 5 signed documents. No work was done after I left the dealer I did all that work on my own from my mechanic I had to replace the rotors the brakes both front axles I spent a lot of money fixing this vehicle and didn't complain about it because I just knew that he would fix what he said he would fix which was the driver seat and the AC after calling and calling so many times this person wasn't there to do it that person wasn't there to do it now you're telling me you sold me as is Car when you wrote it in the paperwork that you would fix these problems that was wrong with the car when I bought it being that my foot can barely touch the gas pedal because the seat does not work you said that the AC that makes a loud noise in the car and the heater does not work you said that you fix that you wrote it in the paperwork I'm not understanding now how we have a different situation that I've called so many times and this person is it there and that person isn't there to fix it now

      My Name is ******* ******* I had a issues where got a car from 3DMotors used car sales buy here pay here well I traded in car thinking I was going to get reliable car instead they gave me A car with fleas bedbugs on November 5 .2021 I tryed to explain issues with dealer owner was very nasty and the person that do the titles what I found out of dmv was that I am still owner over car .owner called police to on me reprossesion of car I had a 2000 chev which I am owner of car.they took car and my payment for their car was not due until January 1.2021 please help me resolve this my I'm a single mom I'm in need of car back

Ms. ******* bought her vehicle "AS IS" with numerous signed documents as proof. 2. Her only complaint with her vehicle was that it had bugs (fleas she stated) and we offered to do a full detail and bug bomb her vehicle at no charge as an act of good will. 3. She was scheduled to drop off the vehicle when we opened at 10am on numerous occasions but showed up after 2:30and was told we could not help her as we close at 4. 4: She has been demanding, disrespectful and rude as we couldn't accommodate her on "her" schedule even though we have always tried our best to reason with her. 5: Mrs. ******* was told numerous times about a past due balance that was due on 11/22 (her vehicle was not repo'd until 12/16). 6: Mrs. ******* went to the Tax Collectors office and paid for a duplicate title to her trade in and was told not only by myself but also the DMV state compliance officer (whom she had filed a complaint with but the state has found no wrong doing by 3-D Motors) that what she did was illegal as she had legally traded in her 2000 Chevy to us. We are currently in the process of filing fraud papers with the DMV and the state In conclusion 3-D Motors has done absolutely nothing wrong in regards to Ms. ******* and has tried to assist her as an act of good will on numerous occasions.

      I am very furious right now not only am I paying for a vehicle that does not run that I bought May 15th 2021 and since the second week I've had this car first the brake line was completely destroyed almost got into an accident with my child in the car so I came out of pocket $700 to fix that also the lender did not inform me that my tag was there at their office and let my temporary tag expire before they let me know and now it's been two and a half weeks and my car is not drivable I came out thinking it was the battery I replace the battery not the battery I replaced the alternator it's not the alternator I replaced the starter it is not the starter they sold me a car that I now have put $1,200 into getting it fixed, but I'm also still making payments and I have been ahead I paid for the down payment plus $500 extra dollars towards the car when I bought it then I got the tax,tag and title paid off within a week and I keep making my payments and yet nothing is being done about my car

I don't agree number one because the guy who sold us the vehicle was rushing us to sign sign sign so we were unable to read the documents signed, number 2 they never called us stating our tag was in, we had to call them numerous times and ask to speak to the owner Al and they always had an excuse why we could not talk to him. Number three as far as bringing my vehicle up to being inspected I explained to them that my vehicle will not run I do not have AAA AND I REFUSE TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED TO THEIR COMPANY AND PAY MORE MONEY ON TOP OF THE MONEY THAT I ALREADY SPENT TO TRY TO GET THIS CAR FIXED WHICH STILL IS NOT FIXED IT IS BROKE DOWN AND MY BACKYARD AND HOW CAN I DRIVE A VEHICLE TO PICK UP A TAG WHICH THE TAG EXPIRED 06 - 13 - 2021 I REFUSE TO DRIVE ILLEGALLY AND FOR THEM TO ASK ME TO DRIVE THAT WAY TO PICK UP MY TAG IT'S KIND OF RIDICULOUS I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS CORPORATION IS GETTING AWAY WITH THIS BUT ALSO THEY JUST DEDUCTED ANOTHER '92.75 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FROM FINANCIAL GENERAL WHICH THEY OWN AS WELL AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY SENT MY LOAN OVER TO ANOTHER COMPANY WHICH I FOUND OUT ADDITIONALLY THAT THEY OWN THAT COMPANY AS WELL SO I WAS CHARGED TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WHICH IS ILLEGAL IF I DID NOT GIVE THEM CONSENT Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/07/26) */ As stated in our original response her vehicle was sold AS IS with no warranty coverage (declined by customer) or towing provided. However if she had towed it to us we would have looked at it for free and tried to assist her with getting the car repaired. Her tag was here waiting for her and all she needed to do was to come in and pick it up (as all of our customers do). As for her payment she was never charged twice as she states and can be proven if she wants to go over her payments (as documented on the computer). No one charged her twice or without her consent.

      The car was purchased on May 28th 2021. A day later after purchasing the car it would not start. i had it towed to the nearest shop where the car magically turned on for them. the next 2 days the car did the same thing. so i took it back to the dealership 3D and the mechanic there said that the starter was loose and that they would call when it was ready. almost 2 days went by and there was no call so i decided to call to check the status. the man Irwin told me that the car been ready and to come get it. when i asked why didn't they call he couldn't answer. when i finally made it to my car there was another issue! The ignotion was hanging! he tried to say it was my fault but then realized that i never had the keys. i was forced to leave it up there for another 2 days while they wait for the ignition to get fixed. When i finally picked up the car later that day, the car had shut off AGAIN! i have been trying to have the owner contact me about the car but no one will call back

THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED ON MAY 28, 2021 ON A STRICTLY AS-IS BASIS WITH NO WARRANY PROVISIONS AND WITH ANY AND ALL REPAIRS NEEDED TO BE AT THE EXPENSE AND CONCERN OF THE BUYER. (NUMEROUS AS IS DOCUMENTS SERVE AS EVIDENCE). 2, MS. ***** ALSO SIGNED A "DENIAL OF WARRANTY COVERAGE" FORM IN WHICH SHE DECLINED ANY WARRANTY PROTECTION. 3. ON OR ABOUT JUNE 7TH MS. ***** HAD THE CAR TOWED IN HERE AS SHE SAID IT WOULD NOT START AND WANTED US TO LOOK AT IT. AS A COURTESY TO HER WE TOLD HER WE WOULD CHECK IT OUT AT NO COST. AS SOON AS THE TOW TRUCK DROPPED THE CAR WE GOT IN AND STARTED IT WITH NO ISSUES AT ALL. WE THEN KEPT IT HERE FOR 2 MORE DAYS TO KEEP TESTING IT AND IT STARTED EACH AND EVERY TIME. WE CALLED HER NUMEROUS TIMES TO COME GET THE CAR BUT COULD NOT REACH HER. SHE CAME A FEW DAYS LATER AND THE CAR STARTED RIGHT UP BUT SHE COMPLAINED OF THE IGNITION SWITCH BEING LOOSE AND LEFT THE CAR AND WE REPAIRED IT AT NO COST THE NEXT DAY. 4. SHE DROVE THE CAR AWAY THEN BROUGHT IT BACK DAYS LATER SAYING IT WAS NOT STARTING BUT ONCE AGAIN WE STARTED IT EACH AND EVERY TIME AND ADVISED HER THAT SHE MAY NEED TO TAKE IT TO A REPAIR SHOP TO HAVE IT PUT ON A COMPUTER IF IT ACTS liP AGAIN (AS IT NEVER ONCE ACTED UP ON US!!!!). IN CONCLUSION, MS. ***** BOUGHT AN AS IS VEHICLE FROM US BUT AS AACT OF GOODWILL WE TRIED TO HELP HER WITH HER SUPPOSED ISSUE BUT COULD NEVER FIND ANY ISSUES WITH HER VEHICLE. SHE WAS CALLED ON MANY OCCASIONS AND COULD OF CALLED US AT ANY TIME TO CHECK ON HER VEHICLE. 3-D MOTORS HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TRY TO HELP HER BUT FOUND NO ISSUES AND SO ADVISED HER
