Made a purchase for celebrity autograph, sent in item to be signed after making order over phone and providing credit card. A usps tracking number was sent to me on May 26th. No movement and was never picked up by usps. Roughly around $48.00 for the service. Emailed the company and they said for me to call them on Aug 2nd. I did and they were surprised acting about it and said they would call me by end of day. Two days later I emailed again since I never received the call. Yesterday they call I pick up and say hello and they hang up. Last night I emailed them and told them I still haven't gotten an update, a package, or a refund and my brother was having the same scenario and told them his order number. Today I receive an email that just says we called you and your brother and left voicemails. This is not true and why couldn't I be told anything in email form? I started calling their office during hours of operation and nobody will answer. They still have my item worth 400 dollars.
