Unfortunately, there is a lot of false and missing information within from this complaint.
1. Contract was signed March 30, 2022.
2. Additional permit documents were signed in June 2022.
3. Our office spoke to you to schedule on August 10th 2022 and you confirmed installation for August 16 2022.
4. On August 15th 2022 you called to cancel-the day before installation.
Installing the solar would lower your monthly bills and continuing with your solar installation would still provide financial and environmental benefits. Solar Specialist has spent thousands of dollars at this point and your sales rep Jeff provided a rebate out of his own pocket-which I would hope you have returned to him. There is a cancellation policy of 10% in order to recoup our costs (Admin, design, drafting plans, engineering, recording, permit fees, fuel and wages). At this point by you deciding to cancel, Solar Specialist has lost a lot of money
Also, please note these items as well:
1. There is nothing to submit to FPL until after the installation.
2. Communication is not harassment, and when asked to stop communication our company has done so.
3. We do not believe honoring contract commitments and asking you to do the same is cause for libel against a company.
