After a house fire next door, my roof was damaged and needed to be replaced. I called several roofing companies and ****** from SCM Roofing was very responsive and came to give a quote exactly when we had arranged.The quote was competitive and even gave me three levels to choose from, Bronze, Silver and Gold. All levels met the requirements for the insurance company, but I ended up choosing Gold as it added increased windstorm resistance and other upgrades and was still in my budget.They were scheduled for a Monday morning and arrived on the earlier side of the half hour range they had given. ****** came to make sure all was good and introduced me to ******, who was the crew chief. They finished the job within the two day window they had promised and the City inspector came out the next day and signed off on the great job they had done. ****** had already pulled the permit before they started.Both ****** and ****** made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I highly recommend them and SCM Roofing.

Robbie and Aron were awesome! Robbie responded immediately to my inquiries and was able to schedule my roof repair with Aron within 48 hours. Robbie answered every question I had and made me feel very comfortable with the work that would be done. Aron was expeditious in his work and was even mindful of my garden, making sure not to harm any of my flower beds. Robbie and Aron were so professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them for all things roofing.

SCM Roofing replaced our roof in June 2022. Everyone from the sales rep, the office staff, the site supervisor, were very professional and provided excellent customer service. The roof was completed in a prompt and efficient manner. Hurricane Ian in Sept 2022 caused minor damage to the roof. We called SCM Roofing, expecting to not get a response for a week or so, but SCM staff responded the next day and within 3 days, someone came to inspect the roof damage. 2 days later, someone came to cover the damaged areas to protect it from further damage.After a week, the repairs started, but they run out of materials but SCM staff kept us updated on what was going on even while we were away on vacation. When the roof repairs were completed, pictures of the roof repairs were emailed to us, which was a big anxiety reliever. All the repairs were covered by the Roof Warranty ... so no cost to us. Thank you, SCM Roofing, you were such a blessing to us in the midst of all the anxieties from the hurricane. We very, very highly recommend this roofing company!! They truly care about their customers!!

Robbie and the SC Signature Roofing Crew are great! Robbie is very responsive to questions and inquiries. I was provided helpful resources to review to make informed decisions about the materials available for roof installation. The work crew worked diligently and safely. The property was cleaned after installation to manage waste associated with the job. I would recommend the company to family or friends without hesitation.
