My children wanted to celebrate my birthday today march 12, at wiskey joes ***** ************************************************************ *************. The entire encounter was disappointing. Our party of 9 ( 2 children 7 adults) was seated and our service provider (Hunter) took our drink and food order, we ended up having two servings of drinks before our 2 hour wait for food came. Orders was wrong, including burnt oysters, salty ***** bites, wrong seasoning of wings, that was still charged even though they where not eaten. Grouper sandwich was burnt. By the time the food arrived I had become nauseous and was assisted respectfully by ****** and a manager with cool cloths and water. I asked for a **** container for a gumbo rice that eventually arrived and decided Id take home due to I had to use my inhaler by this point. I was given some type of brown box that would of been soiled with in minutes from the gumbo. I asked was that the actual food container for to go and with the yes answer had the gumbo meal returned due to the fact it wouldnt not have made it to my car. At this point a manager was asked for assistance because too much of our meal was unsatisfactory to us. The manager that assisted us was completely unprofessional, immediately contacted the valet department and the ***********************, that we was attempting to leave without paying for any of our meals. At the beginning of our sitting Hunter was informed that we would only need one ticket and my daughter asked that the ticket be given to her. During the complete encounter the manager never communicated with my daughter even after my daughter repeatedly stated she was responsible for the ticket and that all drinks and food items that was actually eaten would be paid for. This ordeal was extremely frustrating and embarrassing to us. Is it policy and or procedure to have the velvet department ( 3 men) come in and stand in a manner as if to prevent any one from getting up from the table?
