They sent me a W-2 for a company I never worked for their name is Cohesive Networks 2 inc **** east frontage road ,suite *** Tampa FL ***** .They stole my social security number and address. They said in Box 1 of The W-2 I made 1551.25 in wages and took out 55.89 in Federal income tax withheld .in Box 17 state taxes withheld was 38.79Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 21, 2022/03/23) */ ***Document Attached*** Mr. ****** worked for Andy F**** Services. People, is a professional employer organization (PEO) that provided back office services to Andy F**** Services, including payroll administration. Andy F**** Services set Mr. ******'s hours and wage. Andy F**** Services would report Mr. ******'s hours to People, who would in turn run payroll according to the reported hours. Mr. ******'s claims concerning his rate of pay, hours worked and the like should be directed to his employer Andy F**** Services. People can only pay Mr. ****** according to the hours reported by his employer, and People paid accordingly. People also appropriately withheld taxes. Taxes were withheld appropriately at the Single-0 rate he selected during his new hire onboarding. His $1,551 in gross wages were spread out over 5-weekly paychecks resulting in $55 dollars being deducted for Federal withholding. A copy of his elections is attached. Mr. ****** also received and acknowledged documentation describing the relationship between People and Andy F**** Services. A copy of this document is attached. The remainder of his complaints about pay rate, benefits offered, and the like are issues that are outside of People's control. His employer Andy F**** Services set the pay rate, hours and benefits available. People merely provided Andy F**** Services with back office support for payroll and other benefits that Andy F**** offered its employees.
