I am currently living in a complex that uses Pool Troopers to keep our pool clean. As someone who used to clean pools myself when I was younger, I have to say they do an amazing job. ******* seems to be our assigned technician. He is awesome!! The pool is spotless, he is super friendly, and as someone who likes to swim laps daily, I am confident that the pool is going to be in tip top shape. Highly recommended!

Run, run, from pool troopers I have exhausted tons of hours trying to get my pool blue and no one at this place cares. The whole summer was a nightmare. Was told the salt system was broken but no dates of when it would get fixed. The techs come in dump a jug of chlorine and dont even vacuum it. You call them and get the same response a supervisor will call you back yea right!!! I have been waiting for 6 months for a call back. What happened to this once great company. I will never recommend them or use them again. I think they need to do a clean sweep from top to bottom. What a waste of a company and customers time and money. Do not hire them unless you want to have headaches and a green pool.

So happy to disconnect myself from this company. For 3 years, I paid monthly for the salt water pool equipment and service. In September, I received email communication that the they are giving me the Salt Chlorine Generator because they were having supply chain issues and difficulty getting parts. Yay! Any repairs needed in the future would be my responsibility. Ok, great, I can work with that. I go out to look at the equipment and to create a list of questions since maintaining the equipment was new to me. I could hardly read the display screen. The pool tech that we spoke to the following week stated that he made regular notes about the display board not functioning properly and to have it replaced. Well, replacing the display board never happened. Now I have to spend +$200 on Amazon for the part. Thanks Pool Troopers!! I will be sure to share my experience of the constant price increases, poor service, and the fast one that you pulled at the end. Social Media will make this a pleasant experience.

STAY AWAY!!! Unauthorized charges to the credit card. Coming out to do half the job then ghosting when you call them to come back and finish. Threats over the phone. UNBELIEVABLE! This company is likely having major cash flow issues or is just run by thieves. BEWARE....you have been warned.

Service has been spotty at best for the last 2 years. But extremely bad the last year with multiple technicians that never adjusted the PH or brushed it if I was not present. New untrained people so often. The last 3 bi-weekly scheduled service calls were delayed by 4 to 6 days which effectively changed the monthly schedule from bi-weekly to once a month. But I was still billed through auto pay on the first of every month. After the tech came on Tuesday 9.12.23 (6 days late) I called and canceled the service. However I am told that I still have to pay 65.00 for the last insufficient service I received.

I purchased a fixer-upper house in a new area and soon realized I didn't have the time or expertise to maintain the chlorine pool it came with. Despite trying out two other pool service companies and rejecting many more, my son stumbled upon Pool Troopers. I have to say, they really stepped up and made a significant difference in my pool's condition over the course of a little over a year.The majority of the time, my pool water was in pristine condition, which was a pleasant surprise. There was only one instance after a severe storm when the chemical balance was thrown off. However, I was impressed by Pool Troopers' quick response to the situation. They were at my house almost every other day until the water was back to its perfect state.Eventually, I decided to upgrade my pool to a salt system, which I was more familiar with, and unfortunately, I no longer needed a pool service. However, I can confidently say that if my pool ever gets out of whack again, Pool Troopers will be the first team I call. Their dedication and expertise left a lasting impression, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of pool maintenance services.

Worst company i have ever delt with, i get charged monthly and have not had my pool cleaned in 3 weeks, In this 3 week time period i have called 4 days each week and they confirmed the route, when they did not show for the route i called and they said they would have a manager call back, 3 weeks no manager calls no pool cleaning despite taking 20 min out of my day everyday to call confirm and ask for help. they do nothing they say they will and in a result your pool tears up from not being cleaned then they want to call you come out and charge you to fix it. By far worst communications i have ever had and they simply don't care and will lie to get you off the phone

Love pool Troopers I have used them for 5 years, they do a great job and always a viable would recommend them to anyone. I called today cause is down. George was at my house in less than 2 hours , George always been a great tech kind, and very knowledgeable about was he is doing . Want to give a shout out to Geroge for showing as fast he did and tried his best to get my pool up and running , He is asset to this company. Can’t forget Jose who now a supervisor this company really cares about their customers!!! ?? Team work makes dream work !!! Thank you George again I hope the company reads this because the whole company deserves 100 stars in my book!!! Love pool troopers !!!! ????????
